Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, Autograph Collection

My husband and I stayed on property recently and we were very impressed. We were treated like royalty from the first second we set foot on the property from the valet to the front desk. Every single employee we came in contact with went above and beyond for us. The most impressive however was a housekeeping employee named Dan. He came chasing after us (from the 3rd floor) as we were about to drive away after we checked out. I forgot my watch which was still charging in the wall. I was so thankful and couldn't believe that he was willing to run downstairs and come looking for us. I am beyond grateful to this gentleman. I have forgotten items before in hotel room such as glasses, chargers, etc. All of which get turned into lost and found and if you want them back you either have to come back and pick it up or pay to have it mailed to you. Dan is a very thoughtful and dedicated employee who should be commended. This hotel obviously knows how to hire the best employees. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Rod at the valet was so helpful with luggage and breakable items. He delivered everything to our room in a prompt manner and made sure the breakable items were safe and sound. He also provided a very warm welcome and made sure our stay was off to the best start! Thank you Rod!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and service! My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience! There was one particular man, Rod, who went above and beyond expectation to help us get the best room for the best price, and really set the bar high with his customer service! Very courteous and professional :) We will definitely come again and stay longer next time! 10/10 would recommend!

My stay at the Grand Bohemian was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The Valet Manager Rod showed great hospitality towards me during my stay and made me feel welcome. Whenever I return to Birmingham, I will make sure to stay here!

Great Hotel and nice location. Really close to the zoo and other shops. Nice atmosphere when you walk in and friendly staff easy to work with. No complaints. Enjoyed our time! Always a must when we travel to Birmingham. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is wonderful and the valet worker are very polite and always there when you need them. The entire staff gets an A+ from me and my entire family. They also gave us wonderful directions to other places in Birmingham that lead us directly there.

The valet, LaDarius, was really great and very helpful with getting our car and bags situated. He even help direct us and recommend really great places to eat in the area. This was our first visit and I will be going back to experience that level of professionalism again.

You never judge a book by its cover and I will tell you why. I pulled up to the hotel to ask about self parking, I was greeted by PMC's valet manager Rod Clark and I will tell you, he took me by surprise. He not only told me where I could find self parking, he told me that I would probably not find a spot later due to an event, he mentioned he didnt want me to get wet from the rain and that he would park my car and bring me my keys even if I didnt valet, and that extra mile he decided to go sold me on valeting my car and I also got his number to check on him periodically because good people like that are few and rare.
