Hotel was dirty and run down, bad smell from the communal area and main door very bad condition and not safe. Room smelt of damp and not offering free wifi in 2024 is really really bad

Had stayed here recently for business purpose as not many hotels open around at the moment, was a bit hesitant to book the room here at first but it was a fairly good stay and room was not that bad, hotel is kept clean and tidy as well. Had no issue with noise either due to not many people staying because of current situation. Overall I had a good experience.

Wonderful stay as always. It’s lovely seeing the regular faces behind the desk and someone to help when needed. Convenient location only 15 minutes into Birmingham. Plenty of food and drink options in the vicinity. Good choice I do recommend “.

For the price and what it has to offer, it is very good value. Staff are nice. One cannot expect too much but it is a nice stay and for a single lady with car, a good place.

The hotel had a terrible bad smell everywhere, reception, stairs, corridors, room, everywhere. Very unpleasant . I will never stay there again. The whole experience was not good at all. Have stayed in hotels all over the UK but this hotel had the worst smell ever.

The room was clean and comfortable, the price was good and the staff friendly and happy to help. It suited my needs of visiting family nearby and my 3 night stay was one of the best I’ve had there recently. Well done! I’d recommend!

Room was clean and tidy. It is a quiet hotel so was able to get a good nights sleep. The staff are lovely and manageress was very accommodating. Reception will book taxis and provide all the local information and travel routes . I will visit again
