I went on 04/02/25 for my first time. The staff member who charged me at the entrance, once he escorted me inside the spa to show me the facilities told me that unfortunately that day the sauna was out of order. This happened after paying but probably they did not tell me about the sauna on purpose to avoid me to make a fuss when it was time to pay. Also the other attendants were not notified until they saw the notice posted on the sauna's door. I declined the massage included in the price since I did not feel comfortable with the masseuse's attitude before starting: I showed up 5 minutes earlier just to make sure I was coming in the right room, and the masseuse asked me in a dismissive manner to wait, which was okay to me. Howerer, I am experienced in massages and a real professional is used to welcoming clients with a smile and good and relaxing manners instead of looking grumpy and frustrated right from 10:40 in the morning . Later the owner approached me and asked me politely whether I wanted to changed my mind about receiving the massage from her, but I confimed I would not let me touch by someone behaving like that, both verbally and non-verbally. I felt put off. Overall, the staff - apart from the masseuse - and the owner are nice, the attendants are friendly and the venue is clean, but on that occasion it was not worth the money. Due to the lack of communication about the broken sauna after paying and not before paying at the door, both myself and the other client deserve a full refund as it was pretty much unfair.
