Some black mark on the towel. Hair dryer is not working well and there is no telephone for you to contact the room service.

Reception services very good. Staff very courteous.

Lovely hotel just disappointed that the parking was a bit far away. We stayed for 2 nights after a disappointing stay at a previous accommodation and had to find last minute accommodation. I struggle walking far and when we arrived parked in the Millennium Point Car Park (£12odd for 24 hours) it was raining. We had no idea where the hotel was and had to ask for directions. Signage could be better. We also booked breakfast each morning but each morning had to wait to be booked in as there was only one member of staff on yet 4 in the evening. The poor chap was having to deal with the bar, book people in etc.

The staff were amazing, made a real effort for my sisters birthday. The food was fresh, bedroom very clean, quiet hotel. Very relaxing. But the staff are the best.

Came as a group for a 50th birthday, all rooms were next to each other which was great, staff were very friendly & welcoming

Absolutely amazing overnight stay,all staff were so helpful friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Birmingham

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I stopped here with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday in Birmingham. Staff put lots of chocolate and biscuits treats in my room as a little birthday gift. Thank you ❤️

Amazing staff. Everyone very happy and chatty. Makes a big difference to our stay . Customer service was the best we’ve had ever . Will definitely come back for that reason alone .

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfy. Great nights sleep. In my room we had a fridge/ kettle / iron & iron board. The bathroom was very clean with luxury hand & body wash. Overall great stay
