Our high quality and tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the embedded bathroom style villa. The privacy-protected sun terrace incl. Beach chair & a Weber kettle grill invites you to cozy hours of relaxation. There are 2 (ladies) bicycles with gears available. With a new, high-quality kitchen. 7-10 minutes walk from the sea, the beach promenade and the fine sandy bathing beach. Our apartment offers enough space for up to 4-5 people - in total it has 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, TV + bedroom 2 with 2 single beds + TV). From the cozy and newly furnished living-dining room you have a direct view of the 'Granitzer Wald' and the beautiful, well-kept park. Both the living room, the dining room and the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. LCD flat screen TV, WiFi, music system with CD player.
