We had an absolutely perfect stay in Cassia Bintan. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We got an upgrade in our room from single bedroom to loft type 🫶🏻 Terima kasih! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back but this time on sunny season 😉

This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

We booked the BRF ferry and arrive Bintan in an hour. When arrive, they have someone to to pick us from the ferry terminal by bus. It takes about 15 mins to arrive the resort. The room was ready to checked in when we arrived. We have 2 bedrooms and the rooms are clean. The food in the hotel is good but Singapore price. Anyway if want to relax and do nothing, this is the best place to go.

Everything is perfect except the weather. Shall visit again when it’s not the monsoon season.

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Nice relaxing getaway spot, connected to Angsana and Banyan Tree, their sister properties. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at Cassia Bintan! We were here only for a day, but the hotel staff really showcased amazing hospitality - from our meals at the neighbouring Angsana to our room deliveries for water. Absolutely amazing view of the sea, too. :)

Decent stay for a 3D2N getaway. Room was clean, spacious and cosy. Loved how there was both aircon and ceiling fan. Pool area was nice with direct access to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a foam party on Saturday which left the pool murky on Sunday morning. Pool side beds kept sliding down and couldn’t seem to be secured to the chair. Lift and toilets outside had a weird smell - smelled like they mopped it over and over again rather than cleaned it. Overall, a pleasant stay for a short getaway. Would recommend! Do take note there’s nothing much to do nearby so would recommend you to plan ahead on doing your own activities/planning for your transport.

Cassia bintan is an excellent resort for families. Its 1 or 2 room apartments are well made for a family of 4. Staff is very friendly. Always ready to serve you, and the smile never fades. F&B is a bit pricey for Indonesia, but happy hour at Xana has you well covered (50% from 4 to 5.30pm). Lots of activities for kids free of charge. For vegetarians, you can order breakfast ahead of time to be prepared and kept read at Lotus Cafe. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options in the breakfast buffet.
