We were very pleased with our experience at The Sanchaya! Greg and his staff were so hospitable we felt comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived at the Ferry Terminal. The service and facilities were excellent..from the room service to the dining areas. Movie Choices were so updated and wide. Good quality toiletries and snacks in the room minibar We had a little miscommunication about a service fee and were so grateful that they patiently hear us out and resolved it quickly. Thank you Greg, Nawa, Madon, Wawan, Vivi and all the staff at The Sanchaya for a memorable stay!

Service was excellent. Staff are very friendly. Beach is beautiful, cleaned thoroughly. Rooms are beautiful. Food is tasty. Highly recommend, will go back again!

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

專門開了網頁過來評論一下，非常好的酒店。絕美的海灘，極具特色的建築，這些都可以照片上看的到，這裏不多説。過來打字是真心贊一下酒店的軟性服務，從上島到離島的全程，貼心細緻，想在你前面。這個是超五星的體驗簡直絕了。 再加上美食。酒店餐廳的美食個人覺得不比新加坡的幾個米胖子餐廳的差。下次還去。多住幾天。

民丹島環境和服務最好的酒店，酒店早餐很好吃，品種豐富，尤其麪包和果汁很棒，贈送的包包很美，喵喵一定要帶回家

酒店真的很漂亮！私人沙灘人很少，半夜也有工作人員在沙灘邊看管，上午的時候潮水比較高，下午退潮的時刻會變成大片的灘塗，很適合趕海。 酒店離邊上的廣場比較近，有印尼餐廳可以吃飯，但也可以選擇在酒店吃飯，尤其推薦酒店出品的叻沙！

印尼的The Sanchaya酒店五星好評,留下了旅程裏的美好 -碼頭有酒店的休息廳 -全程有管家協助辦理所有落地簽及行李安檢工作，你衹需要坐在安靜的休息廳裏喝咖啡或者茶等待就可以 -管家會安排專車去到酒店辦理入住 -酒店內部非常注重服務，每個環節都能得到所有工作人員的熱情周到服務，幾乎都會稱呼我的名字，真的很温暖 -美食和美酒都是酒店的亮點，閉着眼睛點，道道都好吃 -酒店出去就有非常棒的白沙灘，很適合皮划艇和沖浪板（短板更適合）酒店有免費的，可以使用 -整體裝修雖然不是很新，但是維護的很好 希望能給去民丹島的夥伴一個參考

太好太好啦～完美的度假旅行～挑不出什麼缺點 景色一級棒，房間很有特色，整個resort設計得當，一步一景，泰國拉完別墅區在一個湖的四周，坐落着一些小房子，每個小房子的私密性都很好，又各自成了別的小房子的景觀。 當然最值得誇的是服務，酒店人員的態度和服務意識真的沒話説，從一下船開始就給了我們極致的體驗，落地簽證是工作人員搞定的，行李是他們直接取了拿回房間的，全程懶人式享受……然後在中途遊玩的時候，拖鞋在沙灘上壞掉了，我一個字都沒説，立馬有人拿出一雙新的來給我～真的細節滿分

管家式服務，在碼頭有專屬休息區，酒店工作人員全程服務，包括落地簽、取行李等等。酒店環境幽靜，專屬沙灘，星級大廚服務。很適合度假旅遊

中文管家Edwen服務很好，酒店餐廳也很美味，有印尼和泰餐兩種選擇，早餐也很豐富，酒店整體都很棒，期待下次再去
