Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

Decided to book the residence bintan last minute for our anniversary celebration and weekend getaway. We booked one bedroom beach front pool villas and it was amazing!!!! WE LOVE IT. They decorated the bed and gave us the cake as a compliment. The hotel also provided the free land transportation from ferry terminals and return. Breakfasts were variety and international. The only thing is hotel location is far from the ferry terminals, it might feel a little tired if you only stay for 1 night. But overall, we would love to go back again. All the staffs were very responsive and very helpful.

Everything is perfect! From the services to the rooms to the food and amenities! However its a long ride from ferry to hotel 😭

Amazing place and hospitality, the place is amazing, food is good, atmosphere is very happening as well. I will be back in the future. Visited this place during deepavali, i realized the hotel workers work very hard and work way overtime from morning till 11pm, eventhough is peak season,the hotel remains professional and organized. Breakfast is amazing with teh tarik! yoga session is good too!

I rated cleanliness as 4/5 as it was almost perfect clean but there was a cockroach in my room. This I might not fully blame the resort as we are in nature. This resort is perfect is you are looking for secluded and quiet spot to getaway for a family or a couple. You won’t need to venture out. But it’s a long drive to the resort to the ferry where you need to factor travelling time in your itinerary. I went with my family and the in-house farm was a blast for my kid feeding bunnies, chickens and fishes. Kiki the person in charge was very friendly and served us well. There is a club for kids activities. Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back again. Take note that is 21% charges of tax on top of the prices - service charges and Govt tax.

Love the resort and hospitality here. The staffs are friendly and kind to the residence here! Not to forget the facilities and the foods too!! Amazing. Will definitely come back here again for our next holiday! Thank you

It was a great experience. Peaceful place to stay away from busy environment in SG. All staff were very accommodating! Love how much variety of breakfast options they had. Definitely will come back here again.

Italian food was fantastic, Local food was awesome too at Rica Rica restaurant, esp the chilli sauces! Breakfast were very tasty and butter for bread was very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful, game room was a good family bonding session with the facilities and board games provided, can kill a lot of time draining kids energy. Pool with very nice view to the ocean, very pleasant stay, oh and the little farm they have with the chickens ,goose and rabbits, so adorable!this is our second time there and will plan for the next trip soon!

Beautiful location

Service at the resort was excellent, staff constantly checking in on you to make sure everything is alright. While location was far out, the beach was nice and you could enjoy the sunset from the pool bar. There are lots of activities available, though some of them could be quite steep in price. However there are a couple of complimentary ones to choose from, and that was enough for a relaxing time at the resort. Highly recommended!
