This place sounds absolutely lovely for a peaceful escape. It seems like the perfect spot to unwind by the ocean. While there may not be many shops nearby, the beautiful beach itself sounds like a fantastic draw. It's great to know there are quiet havens like this for a truly relaxing getaway. I can already picture myself enjoying the serene atmosphere.

Not very family friendly. We stayed 3 nights, 2 Nights have party till 10 pm. If you come with young kids who need to sleep before 10, then you might have problem. Staff is quite friendly but a bit too much. During one of our meals, we got asked how is the food 8 times. Quite disturbing when you are having a meal. The toilet shower has no door. So easily water gets all over the toilet. I feel the main use of towel is to wipe off water on the floor. So suggestion is not to use the towel if you stay here .

Beautiful resort with very good service & attentive staff. Check in was fast & they allow us to check in early at 1pm. Pools are great for kids and very near to the beach. Surroundings are tranquil and not overcrowdded. Lagoi Plaza is just a 5 minutes walk with a few spas and restaurants and minimarts at much lower price than hotel.

We had such an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan! The staff were absolutely incredible—so warm, cheerful and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. The sweetest surprise was the beautiful birthday room décor for my daughter; it made her feel so special and created a memory we’ll never forget! The hotel was sparkling clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast!), and the beachfront location in Lagoi Bay was just perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway. With fantastic service, great vibes and such thoughtful touches, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations—we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful resort, only issue is the plumbing system. There’s always a drain smell in the room.

Nice enough for the price we paid. Less than 10mins free bus shuttle to ferry terminal and there are some mini marts in close vicinity of hotel to buy drinks n snacks. Hotel food is decent and we got a room facing the pool which is nice because there was a live band every night where we enjoyed at the balcony. Staffs are very welcoming.

Best hotel with the greatest service in Bintan. Location is near ferry terminal, felt like a 6 star hotel. They provide free shuttle service too. All the staff were SO POLITE and accommodating and no language barrier at all. They are very very friendly and very eager to make sure your stay is very enjoyable in every aspect. We felt so welcoming the moment we stepped in hotel grounds. Pool area was huge and room very spacious and clean. We wish we can visit every weekend if not for work commitments. It's indeed the super place to wind down, chill and relax.

We booked an ocean view room , however it turned out more like a pool facing. You can’t really see much of a sea even standing in the balcony. The first morning we found a dead cockroach in the toilet floor. No idea where it came from. The resort only has a gym room, spacious. But other than the pool and the gym, there is no other facility. The beach is small and shallow water, not much fun either. I would say the only good part is the design of the balcony windows and the door, very sound proof and the door won’t slap a loud noise when it closes. We did not hear much noise from neighbors or outside. And that is the best sound proof design I ever encounter in SEA. So if you only spend 1-2 days that’s good, more than 3 days will be boring as not much facility to enjoy.

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup. Breakfast was also a highlight—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Great sized room, very clean with everything you need. Huge pool with lots of greenery. Buffet breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice that changed daily. Staff were just lovely, very kind and friendly. Room service was quick and very good. We loved the location as you could walk to a couple of local restaurants and massage places if you wanted a change. We had a swim in the ocean which was nice enough…the tide goes out for miles.

An amazing place for a relaxing weekend getaway! The atmosphere is peaceful and less crowded, perfect for those who want to unwind. The service was absolutely tip-top — every staff member was polite and attentive throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and a special mention goes to the Executive Chef, who was friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience feel truly special. It really added a personal touch to the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful stay — we enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back again!
