My husband and I stayed here for work. We were able to get one of the rooms with a kitchenette in it. Everything has been renovated. The place was very clean & beautifully decorated! In fact, it is cleaner than some brand name hotels we have stayed in! The pool did not look open, but it was too chilly to swim anyway. They had a little fire pit with a couple picnic tables and a couple chairs around it. There was a place to buy firewood in front of the motel. We spoke with Grace on numerous occasions to change dates around on our room, as well as to add another room to our reservation, and she was so accommodating and friendly. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back to this motel, as you can see the improvements that are doing around there.

Don't even glance at any reviews from before their renovations. This place was beautiful, tasteful, clean, fresh, nice. We were there for the eclipse. We couldn't get 2 rooms so we "fit" an extra person in one of these rooms. It was spacious and clean enough for someone to sleep on the floor. And the price was unbelievable. They had normal prices during the eclipse. Just an adorable stay. It also had a modern, nice kitchenette. The grocery market was walking distance so we made our own breakfast. Excellent overall experience.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. We booked as a group back in February. We check in they put us above the office not with our group and the room is outdated and not very clean, Big gaps under doors and the amenities they say are in the rooms are not in mine! The pool is not open due to a leak which should have been brought to our attention ( one of the reasons we all booked here). We did ask to switch with someone that hasn’t checked in so that we could be with our group of friends and they said no! Needless to say big lesson learned!! False advertising on their part!
