Alan and Jenny were fantastic hosts and their home is beautiful and in a quiet rural setting. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Great view of the front garden from the windows and able to let fresh air in. The breakfast area is amazing and overlooks the back garden, and the breakfast choices were delicious and served in an impeccable setting. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it! Alan and Jenny also helped with local pub choices and hiking options.

Wonderful one night stay . Alan and jenny were just perfect hosts. The room was lovely and such brilliant special touches like speciality teas and coffee and the soaps/gels in the bathroom very nice. Everything was top notch and a beautiful breakfast with a stunning view to top it off. We will certainly book to stay here again!

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. The accommodation was incredible. Beautiful rooms with such a comfortable bed; really nice shower. Our breakfast was second to none! I can not fault this pretty bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend Larkrise Cottage Bed and Breakfast, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you to our hosts, Alan and Jenny, who were so welcoming and friendly.

We arrived early on Saturday around 12.30 and we were greeted very warmly by Jenny . To our surprise the room was ready even though check in was around 4 . This really helped so we could go straight into Stratford for the day / Evening . The room was spacious , very clean with a large bathroom with a big shower cubicle . The bed was very comfy and had two types of pillow if you prefer soft or firm . The breakfast is excellent we had fruit juice , tea/ coffee , cereal , yogurt and cooked breakfast with toast . Alan served and was very good at keeping us catered for . I proposed to my partner over the weekend and to help us celebrate Jenny gave us some bubbles which was a nice touch . Jenny and Alan are excellent hosts and make you feel very welcome . I would highly recommend this B&B , it’s 5 mins outside Stratford with beautiful views from your bedroom window . Stayed here overnight whilst visiting relatives. We were met by the owner Alan at the doorstep and made very welcome. The room was spacious and very clean with a lovely aspect overlooking the Warwickshire countryside. We could not fault the acommodation or the hearty breakfast. Alan was the perfect host and we will definitely be paying a visit again.

Hi Alan, I wanted to say again how much I enjoyed my one night stay at your exceptional cottage B&B! From the very warm welcome, to the lovely room I stayed in which had everything I needed, to your very kind offer offer of driving me into town when there weren't any taxis available! The absolute highlight was the full English breakfast, which was cooked to perfection using amazing locally sourced products, including your own eggs. The cottage is conveniently located on the outskirts of Stratford in a rural and peaceful setting. I will definitely book again when I'm next up visiting the specialist Mercedes SL Shop classic car company.

Just returned from a two night stay at the Larkrise Cottage. Jenny and Alan were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We had a lovely clean room overlooking the surrounding countryside. The Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Cooked and served by both Jenny and Alan. If you need any help or assistance then Alan is more than happy to help. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend fully.

Larkrise Cottage is in the most beautiful, peaceful locations with stunning views. We were going to arrive very late on check-in day, a call to Alan and it was arranged that we could pick up our keys early. The room we stayed in was lovely. Fresh white linen and the bed was so comfortable. 2 different pillows so you had an option of either soft or more firm. The bathroom was stunning with lots of little extra touches and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was the best I have had for a long time, Lots of choice for cereal, yoghurt, fresh juice, fruit and the cooked breakfast was amazing. You could hear the producers of the fresh eggs contently clucking away in the beautiful garden that lead off the breakfast room. Jenny and Alan bet over backwards to make our stay as lovely as it was. Thank you We will be back next year and hope you got to see some of the planes 😁

Larkrise Cottage is a charming high-quality bed and breakfast property in the lovely Warwickshire countryside surrounding Stratford Upon Avon and the city of Warwick. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming. Every effort to make our stay enjoyable had been considered. Their helpful local knowledge improved our experience of the excursions we made The excellent breakfasts consisted of home-made jams, marmalade and bread and the eggs were curtesy of their own chickens. We highly recommend this establishment and would go back again tomorrow
