Perfect for attending the BBK live festival. Travelled from santander airport on a coach that arrives at Bilbao intermodal. Went up a few levels and there is the accommodation on top of the bus station. Free shuttle buses for the festival left from across the road, the wristband pick up was at san memes stadium 5 mins walk away this was also where you could get the paid festival buses from. Reception staff were really welcoming when we checked in and friendly and helpful during our stay. Room was clean, had aircon, lots of storage and had a distant view of the Bbk main stage from my bed in room 703. The fridge and microwave were handy but no plates, pans or cutlery so we couldn't use the hob. We'd planned to eat out so not a big issue. Quietest hostel i've ever stayed in so sleep was great. Great communal areas but we didn't have time to check them out properly. Bought breakfast for 5 euros each on our last morning. Breakfast staff really nice, everything was super clean and a good continental selection. 5/10 mins from a lovely riverside walk that takes you to the guggengeim by way of the maritime museum. Walking distance to supermarkets. i'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, close to train and bus stations. Within walking distance of the main attractions. Apartment was comfortable and functional. The staff were very helpful and gave lots of tips for sightseeing. Would recommend this accommodation , suitable for all ages.

I booked a studio for 3 nights and everything was great! Located right above the Bilbao Intermodal station, getting there from the airport was super easy and only 3 euro with bus 3247. It's a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim museum and a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the is right outside the door if you prefer public transportation. The studio was super spacious. It came with its own sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. There was also a few utensils and plates, bowls, etc. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The wifi worked great. The bathroom was nice, with a big shower. The only problem is that you can't control the temperature of the water, no matter how hard you try. So one second it's scalding hot and the next it's lukewarm. An all you can eat breakfast coupon is included in the price, which is awesome. The common areas are really great. Almost made me want to go back to university! All in all, a wonderful stay. A much better value than a hotel.

Was amazed by this accommodation. It seemed brand new. It was spotless. One of the quietest places I’ve ever stayed. I was on the 10th floor and the view from the window was amazing. I presume students can live there so there was loads of storage for clothes. Lots of nice desk space. I was really impressed. I didn’t check out the breakfast, but I found a very nice cafe downstairs for dinner called Mao. The only negative I can find is that my shower ran hot and cold, both days. Check-in and out was the fastest I’ve ever experienced and it was right next to a Metro station.

L'hotel non si trova molto vicino al centro e neppure al museo Guggenheim, però entrambi i luoghi sono facilmente raggiungibili tramite il tram che passa proprio davanti. Personale abbastanza cortese. Tempi di check-in e check-out rapidi, servizio wi-fi semplice da usare e veloce. Stanze abbastanza ampie ma spartane e con mobilio molto semplice. I letti sono comodi. Il bagno ampio e con doccia grande e comoda. L'hotel dispone di pratiche e comode aree comuni: per lavare e asciugare i panni con lavatrici e asciugatrici, per leggere, per giocare a biliardino, per guardare la TV, per mangiare portandosi cibo da fuori. Insomma, una struttura molto giovane e pratica. La colazione prevede una sola cosa dolce (cornetto o altro) e una salata (panino) e poi una bevanda. Potrebbe essere migliorata aggiungendo qualcosa e variandola un po. Inoltre nelle stanze è prevista la pulizia soltanto una volta ogni quattro giorni (se si fa un soggiorno breve come noi, la stanza non viene mai pulita).

Struttura enorme, camere grandi con cucina, letto, bagno . Non fanno pulizie entro 3gg, poco forniti di saponi, no phon in stanza . Colazione accettabile: scelta di dolce e un panino salato. Non proprio a buffet...danno tutto loro. 5€ economica. Posizione buona : con i mezzi si raggiunge qualsiasi punto...a 2 km dal centro. Consigliato soprattutto visti i prezzi degli hotel. Difficile parcheggiare in zona ( come del resto dappertutto a Bilbao!) ma ho trovato nel weekend parcheggio gratuito in strada a 200 m

Si va a utilizar esta residencia como futuro estudiante revise el contrato antes de firmar con un abogado porque puede perder mucho dinero si finalmente no se aloja en la misma. Son más de 1.200€ lo que puede perder sin siquiera alojarse un solo día.

Hotel muy bonito y moderno. La limpieza de las habitaciones suficiente...he llegado tarde cuando la cocina estaba cerrada y tuve que pedir un glovo. He tirado la basura en el unico cubo minúsculo que estaba en el baño y he dejadoen el escritorio una lata de coca cola que no cabía en el cubo...al volver el día siguiente por la tarde seguían ahí ¿¿¿¿¿?????? Recepción ha hecho comentarios negativos sobre el restaurante llamandolo "bar con cocina" y animando a pedir glovo... hoy estoy aquí en el restaurante y ademas de bonito, la comida está genial. Sergio y Eneko son fantasticos, te sientes como en casa, volvería solo por ellos!!! Gracias chicos Andreina
