This house features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a gym with a Bowflex, treadmill, and free weights, a game room with a pool table, air hockey, dome hockey, and more.

There is a large deck for entertaining - including a large gas grill.

Open the sliding glass door to find a LARGE backyard with a 5,000sqft fenced area for the doggo's, a firepit, a volleyball court, and a shed with bikes, yard games, and more!

Guest access

The house is completely open other than a couple closets used for cleaning supplies and personal effects. There will be no access to the garage.

Other things to note

There is only one camera, and this is a Ring Door Bell on the front door. Motion alerts are disabled after check in.

It's available in case guests need to contact me for entry issues, etc. and don't have their phone.
