Aqua Safari Resort

This place looks and feels wonderful. The wildlife roaming freely in a sanctuary of such beauty is enchanting. They have really cool activities to take part in and a really fun dinner atmosphere. I had some initial complaints with some services, but the staff was quick to take my feedback and make things better. I would happily stay at this resort again. Hopefully next time I’ll be here for pleasure and not business.

I love the idea of the Ghanaian authenticity of the place couched with excellence and class Our Butler ,Ndan was of immense help and very I would always look out for her when we visit again. Generally the staff have a good customer service . The food tastes good and lots of activities to engage oneself in. Facilities are user friendly even for kids

Aqua Safari is definitely overrated. While the views are lovely and the lifeguards were helpful—along with a few restaurant staff—the overall customer service left much to be desired. The staff member at the archery station, for example, was quite impatient and dismissive. The whole experience felt disorganised. We waited over 45 minutes for horse riding, even though it was scheduled to start at 11am. Dining was supposedly à la carte, but many menu items were unavailable, which felt intentional—perhaps to avoid offering the buffet, which we later found out is only available on busy days. That was confusing and frustrating, especially since we saw others had access to the buffet during their visit. The food was also terrible- poor ! The layout of the resort is also poorly planned. Beach chairs are oddly placed right next to the dining area—definitely not ideal when you're trying to relax and people are chatting behind you. One of the biggest letdowns was the changing room situation. The women’s changing room was closed, and I was directed to use the men’s facilities, including the lockers. That was completely unacceptable, and staff didn’t seem concerned. I'm still waiting for a manager to follow up on the issue. Honestly, I’m relieved I didn’t book an overnight stay—had I done so, I would’ve been extremely upset. The service is chaotic and inconsistent. Aqua Safari gets a lot of praise, but I was underwhelmed and won’t be returning. Yes, the grounds are stunning and we took some great photos, but it’s just not worth the long drive from town. Still hoping someone will reach out to offer a refund—but I won’t hold my breath.

The staff team is exceptional and highly organised. However, enhancing the variety of meals would significantly elevate the overall experience.

It was quite an amazing experience here at Aqua Safari. Visiting from Denver, CO USA. My husband and I got married this July and scheduled our honeymoon at the resort. Sally was our butler and was also truly magnificent, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just a kind soul during our stay. All the staff are so kind and helpful as well. The amenities, Our room (Su05) and the honeymoon waterfront dinner set up was gorgeous and so appreciative. We plan to visit in the future with the rest of our family and make the resort of family vacation tradition. Truly Eco friendly and overall a relaxing and fun place to vacation Thanks so everyone.

Aqua Safari’s honeymoon package is amazing and incredible. The facility is well structured and human centred. The environmental and eco friendly materials make it a very suitable place for relaxing. The staff are well cultured and very kind, everyone wants to help you at every point in time. Of particular mention is Sally who was our butler for the stay (SU5). She’s just overly kind and accommodating especially for our surprised dinner by the waterfront. My wife and I have already decided to visit again in December with our families and Aqua Safari would most likely become our anniversary place to be every year. Thank you to the entire team.
