Today I had a very disappointing experience at The Fern Residency. As a pure vegetarian, I was horrified to receive a chicken sandwich instead of the veggie sandwich I ordered. After a long day at work and feeling famished, I reluctantly ate it, not knowing how careless the service was. I approached the head chef to express my concerns, and he introduced me to Mr. Sudhesh, the head of room service and the restaurant. He assured me that strict action would be taken against the staff responsible and promised that the individual would be fired. I appreciated his response and am hopeful that this issue will be addressed by the time I return after the Diwali holidays. I urge the management to take this matter seriously. Trust is essential in hospitality, and I expect them to uphold their commitment. If no action is taken, I doubt I will consider staying here again.

Very good rooms and cleaning and eat all persons Very good. Staff were very Friendly and polite. Special thanks to miss Shilpa she was very well mannered, cordial and gracious she took take care of all the concern. Food was delicious . I want to visit the hotel over again.

Food was amazing and so appetizing . Stay was really comfortable... In addition to it the room was so specious, and luxurious.. All the staff were so kind cordial and courteous..thanks to miss shilpa was being so nice with me and asking for my feedback. I would like to visit fern hotel again in the future.

Breakfast buffet was really amazing there were many varieties in breakfast. Stay was comfortable, cozy and comfy. Moreover, room service was nice and view of from the window was nice. I would like to say thanks to miss shilpa she was very polite and asking for my feedback.

I'm thrilled to share my experience here that Room was specious, neat and clean. Other quality of this hotel is its interior. Moreover, food was very delicious and there were a lot option in food . I would like to say thanks to miss shilpa she was very polite and friendly by nature.

Food was delicious specially dessert it was yummy taste. Room was specious and neat and clean. Services were so good and staffs were very helpful and polite in nature. I'm excited to share my experience here, another thing want to add that it's interior was amazing. Thanks to miss Shilpa she was polite and friendly.

Foood was so delicious stay was very comfortable all the staffs were welcoming and helping nature. Thanks to miss shilpa ji asked for my feedback. I really like khichadi with curd it taste very nice. I want to keep visiting at fern hotel. I am a frequent traveler and would like to recommend fern to everyone.
