Clean and confortable room. Staff was friendly and attentive. My stay was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room and bathroom was clean and fresh.

Good old style homely ambience. Very friendly staff and excellent location. A few facilities could be better like tea coffee maker in the room, hot water was thru "just adequate " instant heater

Excellent service provided at hotel narayani heritage. Food was also of the best quality. All staff members are co-operative.

As a family we never felt like we were guests in a hotel. The place is grand and the service was excellent. They have 24hr service desk who can help you. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom had no problems whatsoever. It was nice and clean. We were provided with toiletries. The best part is their restaurant which is in a palace where you feel nothing less than a king whilst the staff take your order very courteously and make sure you have had your fill. It was a very pleasant experience with narayani heritage and we will make sure to book with them again in the future.
