The location of the hotel is ideal for business traveller's. The rooms are spacious, well lit and have all amenities. The food was excellent and staff was courteous and prompt.

This property is good for local functions. The food quality needs improvement. However staff behaviour is good and cooperative.

Loud music in party hall till 12:13 am. They dint care about their customers. Kids playing in room corridors too much noise. I strongly will not recommended this hotel. It's much better if they change their name from hotel sapphire to banquet hall sapphire

Had very bad experience. 1. Was not able to connect to reception from afternoon to late evening as phone was faulty. No basic things were taken care of in washroom no hand towel no dental kit no shaving kit tv was not working had to order dinner from outside and had it in my car as per rule no outside food was accepted. And many more things and at last didn't got my bill as their printer was not working at the time of checkout
