Amenities mentioned on make my trip app during booking are not available in hotel. Almost 50 percent amenities are not there. Customer has to adjust according to facilities available. If anyone booking through mm t portel please verify 1st amenities are available or not.

Below average stay according to amount of booking, rooms are spacious but basic. They give below standard room to customer. Food is basic and lack taste, limited options in breakfast. Service staff of restaurant is good.

It is not hygiene as rooms are dirty, mattress are not comfortable due to very old, bed sheet having stains and washroom taps are rusty
