A clean, easy access hotel with ample parking. Easy access taken to the next level when all the rooms our party were given were the disabled rooms with small baths and draped in pull cords. We asked to be moved to normal Rooms but were not able to according to member of staff. Breakfast pleasant and ample supply of fresh and warm food. Sadly the phone signal and WiFi are shocking inside the building leaving us unable to work! Paid for the WiFi and it was just as bad with no refund being offered for the paid WiFi.

During my stay at premier inn from Beverley Town Centre I was fortunate to be assisted by Melania. Her professionalism and warmth made my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, she greeted us with a genuine smile and were attentive to all my family needs. Melania provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring I made the most of my stay. Her dedication to service is truly commendable, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you for the exceptional service provided .

Great location. Very clean hotel with super friendly and helpful staff.. Room large and clean. Free tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was nice with great coffee. Parking easy at multistorey next to hotel. Well lit a looked safe place yo park

We had to attend a funeral in The Minster and we were travelling by train from.London.Being regular Premier Inn users as soon as we realised how close everything that was needed we did not hesitate to book.We needed somewhere clean,comfortable and safe.Also a restaurant which was useful.As usual it ticked all the boxes.Why stay anywhere else?

Good location. Friendly staff. Well maintained. The previous weekend i had stayed in another Premier Inn that had a faulty room air conditioner. It either wasn’t attended to or could not be fixed so i had little sleep. Beverley Premier had everything working and seemed well managed.

Enjoyed our stay. Melanie on the front desk was really helpful and let us even take some ice to our room. Which was so kind and made a big difference. The lovely chap cooking breakfast was friendly and sweet. The lady who showed us to breakfast was nice. It was nice and clean. We did have one dirty mug but that’s fine. And the thermostat had no buttons so we were boiling hot all night 😅 but apart from that it was all good! Perfect location. Was great.

Visited Beverley for a night out with my wife and stayed at this Premier Inn, good hotel overall small restaurant with buffet breakfast for only £11 quid. Hotel was clean and welcoming, excellent staff, knowledgeable about local restaurants and thanks to Melania we also managed to visit the fishing spot. She took the time to direct us to local attractions and ask about our walk on the way back, we noticed she chatted to many customers and always showed genuine interest in the conversation.

Brilliant location, room spotless and breakfast was really nice. Huge problem if your room is round the back like our were is Friday morning at 0700 after a late check in due to travelling from Scotland was the delivery van right outside our window for an hour so zero chance of sleeping through that. So safe to say we didn't have the best of rest for a very busy day ahead of us.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Helped out with a check-in issue, and looked after our luggage when we arrived early. Food excellent on both nights / mornings. Great location with attached multi-story car park (Not run by Premier Inns and a little expensive at £10 per night, but convenient!) Excellent table service by Danielle and her colleagues.
