Management really listens and is continuously looking for ways to evolve and improve the property. Management is always helping customers whether its busy or not. They make sure their business is on point, work place busy and focused. The management has a very positive, can-do environment and the workers make sure customers are happy.

Just wanted to make sure this hotel got high marks regarding my stay. I am not sure of the lady that took my reservation; Angie, Wendy, or something like that, but probably one of the BEST phone reservations I have ever had. I am not sure where she did her training, but it was downright perfect. Next was probably one of the hardest workers I have seen, he went from working the desk, stripping rooms, cleaning rooms, answering the phone to my surprise on his hands and knees scrubbing the breakfast floor and lobby area. He went by “MD” and has the service animal behind the desk, which was nice as I have dogs back in TX and with traveling miss them. That dog is a well-trained good boy. The hotel is well kept, no surprise with the amount of detailed cleaning I saw. The entire staff were all great but these two really stood out. The breakfast was good and hot, the breakfast person was kind and prompt with replenishing everything out there, coffee was hot. I have stayed at this property before for work and will be back again.

I stay here each year when I fish the Dakota Walleye Classic tournament. Lots of plug ins for my boat. Lots of room to park. Great staff. breakfast could have been a hour earlier and coffee made earlier
