Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

One of the best Resort i have visited till date, what makes them special is their hospitality.. food and ambiance was top notch.. i would highly recommend to visit this place with friends and family. They have Infinity Pool and Normal Pool Rooms are amazing, with balcony and serene view

The stay was excellent. Service was good. Excellent and friendly staff. Food was excellent. Plantation visit was really good and Mr.Nani's explanation was too good. Ambience is too good. Spa was closed. But wanted to explore it. Want to visit again.

One of the best resort that I have ever stayed in. Location is approx 35 km from Madikeri on hill top, The view from premium valley view room is excellent, once you stay here then you will know why it's called Scotland of india. Lush green view till end. Hospitality is top notch, staff from waiter to manager is so co operative,polite and caring that i don't have words. I have been to many 5 star resorts and before, but this is best in case of hospitality. Food is awesome too, buffet consists of many items to choose. For children's there are many games to play and special child area to get them engaged. Mr.Subramanyam hotel manager is Excellent caretaker, he take cares of all needs of customer . In all aspects I give 5/5 rating to resort.

Good rooms, nice overall. Food could be improved. Kid's area is nice. Staff is friendlym view from room was good. High tea area is fun too. Seems there is some renovation going on and hopefully next time they would have expanded. Approach road is a bit steep. Otherwise good stay.

We were group of 13 people with 10 Adults and 3 kids .Must say that our stay experience was just amazing.Good Hospitality,Good Food Hygenie Courteous Staff. We have travelled so many places domestic and international must say that this was the best resoyww have ever stayed.

I had an exceptional experience at the Coorg cliffs resort in pollibetta Coorg, Karnataka. The premium customer service provided by staff members such as Ramya, Samita, Subramani, Basheer, Sahoo, Beena, Ravi Rai, Dilip, Atul, Ratan and Timung truly impressed me. Their out-of-the-box service went above and beyond to ensure our happiness throughout our stay. Perched on a cliff, the resort boasted breathtaking views and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. Room service was prompt and the evening snacks were delicious. The evening light music and bonfire added to the pleasant ambiance. Furthermore, the breakfast and dinner buffet offered ample options, making our dining experience delightful. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, thanks to the resort's impeccable service and amenities.

We were a group of 13 members and the interconnected rooms were perfect for our family. The huge bathrooms, view from the balcony and the complimentary snacks & drinks were a huge hit with the kids. The games during pool time and the bonfire kept everyone engaged. The coffee plantation walk was also quite informative. The resort has an infinity pool which has beautiful views and an additional pool. We played cricket, shuttle and cycled around. A kids play area and multiple swings kept kids of all ages busy. The dinner and breakfast spread was scrumptious. Special mention to all the staff at the resort, they are very polite, helpful and always smiling..Savitha, Naani, Ravi to name a few. The team was always in touch right from enquiry, enroute to the resort as well as calling to check if we have reached back safely to our city. Small gestures but very heartwarming. -Anjali

One of the beautiful place to visit. Madikeri always know as Swiz of Karnataka. With lush green environment, mist in the morning will always make u speech less. And comes to coorg cliffs, it added joyful memory to our visit. The place resort is situated, the hospitality of the staffs, Food and amenities everything amazing. My special thanks to Ms. Ramya Gowda and all other staffs who was so caring and helpful. Specially with beautiful smiles always :-) Will definitely visit again very shortly. U ppl made us our vacation days so memorable. Thank you
