Thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed with views over the sea and grounds. Dinner and breakfast were both of a very high standard with plenty of choice. The wine list was very competitively priced and varied. The highlight was the excellent team who work there. They are friendly, knowledgeable and humorous. They obviously enjoy working together! We will hopefully return again this year.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds, lovely room , the staff are brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them, the food was excellent especially the craster kippers. We will go back .

Marshall Meadows is in a lovely quiet and peaceful location but within easy access of the main road. The room we were allocated was lovely (with a sea view), the staff were all very pleasant and the food was very good! We are looking forward to a return visit!

The room that we had was amazing. Comfy bed and pillows, lovely sofas, complimentary mini bath & huge luxurious bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries. The tasting menu in the restaurant was excellent not to mention amazing value for money, the wine flight had a superb range of wine and included port. The staff were attentive and friendly. The weekend was rounded off with a huge Northumbrian breakfast.

Excellent break on way back from Scotland. Staff very helpful & friendly. Enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Lots of interesting places to visit in area.

This was our first visit here - a "chill out" break for two!. Wonderful reception - we were made to feel "at home" straight away. Lovely room (room 1) - well presented with lots of excellent little extras in the room - such as "goodies" in the fridge. Staff were absolutely first class, service was great and the food was really good - with plenty excellent choices. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for whoever we asked - including asking the "porter"- who turned out to be the general manager - to take our case upstairs -- very many thanks for your help James!!. We will return.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and sea view , 5 minutes from Berwick town centre . Staff are lovely and so welcoming. Room clean and very comfortable beds , molton brown toiletries were gorgeous. Food in the restaurant was fine dining and a tasty experience. I would highly recommend this hotel , and can't fault it , looking forward to coming back soon 🥰

My sister had her wedding booked at this hotel over Easter weekend. I stayed for 2 nights along with most of our wedding party. It was an incredible experience, the staff were all amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much bother. We also had dogs staying with us, we had their crates in the main room for the wedding reception and then in the rooms, staff made such a fuss of them. My son and his partner were staying in one of the pods and as much as they liked it ended up getting ready for the wedding in my room as the pod didn’t give them enough space but that is the only criticism. Would highly recommend

Just returned from a night at the hotel where from the first moment stepping through the door the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive, wether it was being shown to our room, relaxing with drinks in the lounge or eating in the restaurant. The rooms a clean and comfortable, the food excellent.
