Love staying at this Premier Inn. The staff are wonderful and go over and above everytime. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms immaculately clean, a great welcome and such a comfy bed. Breakfast next door in the morning where we were served by Wendy and Tash. They did a great job looking after a room packed full of guests. Anita, Sarah, Mandy ,Helen, Denise and Tasha... thank you so much for looking after us. We shall return soon!

Helpful receptionist, I had booked the wrong night, but she transferred the booking with no issues. Room was standard Premier Inn, clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The location was good if you want to go to Bognor Regis about a 5 minute drive.

The bed was soft and comfy i really enjoyed going good bar and very nice good vending machine lovely but i enjoyed the tv and slept very well excellent place what a lovely time it was good dinner aswell jfjdnfjfjfnfnncnfnfndndndndnendnrnen

When we got to the hotel, we were told that thete was no hot water in the area where our room was. They did tell us we could get a key from the reception and have a shower in another room that did have water. Instead of teansferring us completely to that room, they made us stay in the room without water. Utterly ridiculous. We were told they could not deal with complaints and we would have to write to the "contact" on the website, which we did. We are now six weeks later, and we haven't heard a thing. Cannot get hold of anyone. If I could give no stars, I would, totally disgusted with the Premier Inn's attitude. Totally not on

Whole premises requires an upgrade, room smelt damp, possibly because the extractor fan didn’t seem to be working, wouldn’t expect the bathroom to fill with steam in august but it did

The hotel was perfect great location friendly staff and clean. The room is exactly what you would expect from a premier inn. The best thing about the hotel was the pub joined on to the hotel the food in the evening was absolutely amazing. Would recommend and return again. Many thanks

The actual hotel was pretty good. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. While it does state the hotel does not have air con, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable at night, although a fan is provided. What spoiled the stay for us was breakfast. There were two staff on, and it did not appear busy, yet we after we were seated we were not offered menus or cutlery. It then took an age for our order to be taken. We were asked twice if we'd like sauces, which never turned up.

Great location for our family get together. We booked rooms then ate in the Robin Hood restaurant attached to the Premier. Food was such good quality and comfortable, service great. Downside was no air con in some of the bedrooms, they supplied a big fan. Staff at Premier were great. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great little stay at Bognor Regis Premier Inn. Such a lovely quiet hotel. No road noise at all, we all slept really well. Lovely clean hotel and the room we had was really big .Lady who checked us in was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back to stay here soon

This premier in was lovely to stay in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the only disappointment was the pull out bed as the bed was rock hard but overall everything was spot on, the breakfast was lovely and the young lady that served us could not of been more helpful and pleasant just a shame we couldn’t have extra mushrooms but like a say the overall experience was great and those are only minor things.

Charged £199 for a basic room for the night, window was a few feet from the car park. Room was in need of a very good deep clean. Both single beds were awful and sink in the middle. Any kind of sound travelled from other rooms, if the person up stairs moved you heard lots of creaking. Hotel didn’t pre warn there is a great big building site next door so the noise from that didn’t help! Only plus side was the lady at reception gave a warm welcome and was very polite

As ever Premier Inn provided a great sleep, with a good bed, quiet location, extra pillows and spotless cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, trying to change our booking from one night to two a couple of days before arrival was a trial with staff doing their best only to be frustrated by the “system”. Staff on site (over the telephone) couldn’t do it, I couldn’t do it on line (returned “hotel full”), only by doing another booking for a single night could we achieve the aim, but this was against a promise that the staff would try and ensure we didn’t have to change rooms - which they did achieve. Other thing was the disappointing breakfast, I admit there appeared to be lots of choice, some things were weird - poached eggs on toast available only by making your own toast and trying to manoeuvre the delivered eggs from a plate to be on top of the toast. Salt and pepper had to asked for and the bacon rashers were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Though undoubtedly some will have got value for money by having everything on the menu, £10.99 is expensive for a simple breakfast.
