This house is situated on top of a hill overlooking 8th Ave. This property is centrally located being 1.5 miles to 12 South, 3 miles to The Gulch, and 3.5 miles to downtown. Beds / Bedrooms Master Bedroom: King Bed with Attached Bath Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Attached Bath Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with Shared Bath Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed with Shared Bath Three Queen Sofa Beds Bathrooms: There are 3.5 bathrooms, providing just the right amount of privacy for every traveler. Kitchen: The house includes a fully equipped kitchen for travelers looking to stay in and cook up a feast! Dining Room: A large table perfect for group/family meals or entertaining guests. Living Room: With a large sofa and several arm chairs, we welcome our guests to take a break and enjoy some streaming or relax in the warm natural light. The couch in the living room does also convert to a sofa bed if needed. Upper Living Room: Relax with your favorite shows on the couches overlooking the french doors to the balcony. Cuddle up with your loved ones and enjoy the night in in this cozy spot. (The two couches also convert to sofa beds if needed.) Deck: Enjoy dinner under the sky or just hang out on the spacious deck and bask in the setting sun! Location: It's a short walk to many trendy restaurants, shops, and breweries and less than 7 minutes of a drive to downtown. With Kroger and Publix being within walking distance, this house is perfect for entertaining and buying those last-minute necessities. If you're looking for a night out, there is a large variety of trendy restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance such as: Nashville's famous fried chicken shop, Hattie B's, Zanies Comedy Club, Urban Juicer, ML Rose, Smiling Elephant, First Watch, and the zoo being a 13 minute drive.
