Moxy Bern Expo

Nice hotel. Nice price. So comfortable and quiet. The queen size bed is amazing.

This is a perfect hotel, very young, energetic and friendly staff, clean and wonderful breakfast. The building is also very new and modern. The only thing that is not so perfect is the location, it's not so central, however it's close for me from there to my client's office, so it's not an issue for this trip, but for leisure travellers it's a bit far from the touristic attractions unless you're a Young Boys fan

The location is good for rail connections and tram into the city. The nearby area is mostly quiet with only a few shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable. The breakfast food choice was good, the restocking of food and tableware was at times slow, needs more staff checking regularly and refilling empty stations efficiently, especially the cheeses, hams, condiment pots, breads, tea mugs, and glasses. The reception staff member at checkout was unsure if we had paid for the room or not at check-in. We believed we had paid for the room but needed to pay for breakfast. We were given a bill for 1 night plus 4 days breakfast. Which is incorrect no matter if we had paid or not for the room at check-in. Confusing and doesn't leave you feeling confident about your bill.

My deposit 100chf still not received. Reception say it’s will be 2-5 days to my bank card. It’s already a week now. Please refund my deposit to my bank card

The room was great. I booked 2 rooms for my family trip for 2 nights.
