This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

7 mins walk from train station, very good location with restaurants, clean n comfortable , good breakfast too

瑞士酒店都偏貴，前台服務人員態度也一般般，衞生倒也乾淨，早飯沒有去吃，位置離車站比較近，就感覺各方面都中規中矩

Six of us stayed for one night in three rooms, all three were really warm as there was no air con, just a floor fan. We had a really annoying ceiling light just outside the bathroom which came on every time you moved near it, particularly frustrating when you get up in the night and bathe the room in light. We also had a disturbed night as we were woken up at about 22.30 by someone coming into our room (my husband yelled at them - not sure who was more startled) and our room key didn’t work next day. When we asked reception about it next morning they weren’t particularly apologetic and blamed a sister hotel for allocating our room to someone else. Breakfast wasn’t great (not much choice, dry croissants) but the coffee machine made a good espresso.

This hotel was selected for me by the University of Bern where I taught a summer course. The location is excellent, close to the university in a very nice neighborhood with shops and good restaurants within a short walk. The hotel itself is basic albeit functional. One asset that it has though is a nice small garden in the back. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning during the hot summer. There was, however, a standing fan that was quite effective in keeping the place cool. The shower space was rather tight for a big guy like me. The reception has limited hours but can be contacted in the evening by a phone.

L'Hotel si trova in posizione perfetta per visitare la città, vicino alla stazione e non lontano dal centro storico. Ottimo il biglietto dei mezzi pubblici offerto dalla struttura! Le camere sono comode, silenziose, spaziose e pulite, sono dotate di tutti i servizi; il bagno pulito e la doccia perfetta e funzionale. Il letto alla tedesca avrà per loro dei vantaggi che però personalmente non li vedo; il fatto di non avere un lenzuolo né sopra né sotto ma di dormire su un topper con la sua sacca e la trapunta col suo contenitore non lo rende per niente comodo e per via delle dimensioni 2 persone si coprono a malapena.Troppo calda anche, ma ovviamente non si poteva togliere perché il letto non aveva lenzuola, quindi la soluzione sarebbe stata dormire scoperti...La colazione invece, inclusa nel prezzo, è appena accettabile.Solo 1 delle due persone ha potuto mangiare un croissant e solo una ha potuto prendere il bicchiere per il succo di frutta, servirebbe maggior attenzione da parte del personale. Infine ma non per questo meno importante la pulizia dei tavoli, inesistente, alla zuccheriera vi era attaccato un bel capello lungo, forse dell'ospite precedente! 4 anni di pandemia non hanno lasciato nessun insegnamento!

Chambre parfaite, les transports tous proches, très bon petit déjeuner ! La salle de bain avec tous les produits Rituals, la classe ! La literie confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Environnement calme ! Les transports gratuits pendant 2 jours !

Das Arabelle war ein einfacher, aber sympathisches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Es scheint, dass ein Manager sehr aktiv den ganzen Charme weg-operationalisiert hat. Das langjährige Personal ist weg, auch dem Weg ins Zimmer wird man 3x aufgefordert aus "Umweltgründen" während dem Aufenthalt auf die Reinigung zu verzichten, vom Frühstück mit regionalen Zutaten ist nur noch der Flyer übrig... Wirklich extrem schade... Aber die guten Bewertungen von 2023 und früher treffen nun definitiv nicht mehr zu.

Ótima opção em Berna. Funcionários eficientes e prestativos, quarto confortável. Um pouco distante do centro, mas nada além de uma caminhada agradável. A recepção fica fechada a noite, mas a própria chave do quarto abre a porta de entrada. Café da manhã também satisfatório.

Week en prolongé avec mon fils qui allait au concert de Rammstein le 17.06.2023. Hôtel bien situé. Billets de transports gratuits pour tout le séjour à Berne. Très facile de prendre les bus et tramways pour se rendre sur les différents sites à visiter. Hôtel parfait au niveau confort, propreté, amabilité du personnel et super petit déjeuner !

Rien de spécial, l’hotel est bien dans un quartier calme. Si vous venez en voiture l.hôtel préconise de stationner dans un parking fermé public proche de la gare à 15 minutes à pied. Au retour la route monte lorsque vous revenez à pied …

Le camere sono davvero comode, pulite, il bagno e la doccia vanno che è una meraviglia. Vicino al centro ed ai mezzi pubblici è davvero comodo. Il neo più grosso riguarda il posteggio. Assenti quelli dell'albergo, caro per la tessera per la zona blu che spesso risulta occupata. Peccato. Altra piccola pecca la colazione, abbondante, non c'è che dire, con tanta scelta, ma trovo che il pane ed i croissants non siano all'altezza del resto. Rimane un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
