Stayed 2 nights at this hotel, where professionalism & tradition go hand & hand : good room with view on the mountains & church ( nice South-German traditional onion-bulb form roof ) , absolutely clean & very well heated ( i had to slow down the heating ) , and hotel own parking-lots about 20 meters away from the building. Traditional German breakfast with quality products & no shortage on quantity ( i hardly needed a lunchtime break...i swapped it with a nice Cafe/Kuchen break at 4pm on ski slopes, to bridge until dinner ) . Dinner is tasty, varied, ... and as for everything in this hotel, absolutely professional. What else ;-) ? Do not forget to indulge urself with the Sauna-Attic , where 2 sauna, and one tepidarium , set up in a huge attic overlooking the nature around you, with balconies accesses & several drinks ( amenities ) offer a relaxing moment after your ski day. You can trust the place with closed eyes.

Un des hôtels les mieux placés d'Hinterzarten, très confortable avec un personnel attentionné et à l'écoute. Très bon petits déjeuners et dîners. Garage pour mettre son vélo à l'abri. Toujours prêts à vous rendre service, au départ des randos à pied, à vélo ou à ski de fond.

Freundlicher Empfang. Ich wurde auf das Zimmer begleitet. Das großzügige Zimmer ist mit schönen Massivholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man eine Aussicht auf den Ort. Im Ort herrschte absolute Ruhe und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Das Frühstück am nächsten morgen bot eine schöne Auswahl und der Kaffee wurde am Tisch serviert. Im Heuboden findet sich die Sauna. Dort kann man mit Aussicht über ganz Bernau schwitzen und entspannen. Gegen den Durst gibt es Wasser und Tee. Wer sich langweilt, kann zur hauseigeen Spa-Bibliothek greifen. Eine tolle Idee! Auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hatte eine Forelle, Auch hier war der Service fix und freundlich, obwohl das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt war. Leider konnte ich nur eine Nacht bleiben.
