完全有被受騙的感覺房間兩百多呎放了三張床我只是一個人住純粹是一間為了賺錢的酒店可能他覺得他就在火車站旁邊不怕沒有人租他的地方冇任何設施而且最過分的是竟然放行李要另外俾錢令我感覺到有些不值而且對這間酒店印象很差

Room was neet and clean but was very small . The only good thing is the location of the hotel next to the station. Room was not big enough to walk around comfortably. Breakfast was good with a vast majority of vegan choices. Heating was aslo good

It was really disgusting to be here, there were brown stains on the sheets, the shower hadn't been cleaned, there was hair in the beds and, not least, all the dust and dirt had been swept into a corner of the room. Everything feels dirty. Little help or understanding from the staff. I'm already looking forward to going home.

Ok so firstly, it’s bunk beds, which I didn’t realise but I should’ve looked more into it before booking. Beds are comfy enough. Travelled with my family and the location is good right next to Berlin HBF which is the central station, 15 min walk to reichstag, brandenburg gate, a bit further for checkpoint Charlie, topography of terror and alexanderplatz. 5 stars due to the service, Paul was absolutely superb and really looked after me and my family. Sometimes seen him at the bar, on his own just working away serving drink after drink never a moan. Every time I asked him for something he went out his way to help, a credit to the hotel. Bar very cosy and drinks reasonably priced.

Totally unpleasant experience due to staff at the reception . They didn't care at all about the customers , not willing to understand or help , lying and totally careless. It was a total mess on the floor they give us a room we ask for a room change after couple of lies and when it was obvious that nothing works, electricity, ventilating fans and we ask for the manager the change was possible but they keep with our luggage on the hotel corridors for one hour before giving the new room. They give us room cartels that didn't work, we have to go up and down to the reception seven times and the receptionist doesn't care , they want to move us in a room that wasn't cleaned ... a total mess . Not recommended at all , at least this place.

Nice hotel to stay in as a group and visit all that Berlin has to offer. The lobby was stylish and the stairs were an opportunity for interaction. However, the food provided for the group (which was different than the restaurant) was quite bland and lacked vegetarian/non-meat options (basically it was salad or nothing). The staff was not very welcoming probably because of the size of our group. The rooms were small but well-furnished and the hotel is in the center of the city. Overall, a great experience for the price.

Can’t fault the hotel. Perfect for the trains and s-bahn. Family room was enough for me, wife and kids (11 &2.) would definitely stay again. Lifts worked fine, staff very friendly. Warned in advance of a water outage, fixed exactly when they said it would be. Don’t be put off by some of the other reviews

Worst experience i've ever had. Booked a 4 bed room all in one booking for me and 2 friends, and when we arrived for check in, they split us all up. Please don't go here expecting that you'll be with your friends, we are three young girls and they thought it was acceptable to place us all in separate rooms. Staff were extremely rude and not helpful. We ended up cancelling the booking and they charged us a "no-show" fee, which is unjustified, as we did show up, we just had to r leave as the service we paid for wasn't provided for us on arrival
