Super Aparthotel! Danke

Aparthotels are a curious creature. They lack in some areas and over-compensate in others. Nena Kreuzberg is a modern building, recently refurbished. It had a large bathroom but tiny main room taken up by (comfy) queen bed. A juliet balcony had a sunny and leafy street view, although the traffic noise was too loud to have the double doors open overnight. The air-conditioner was so feeble the room stayed hot and stuffy. No fan. No shampoo but fragrant handwash. Reasonably-equipped kitchen with dishwasher but no washing machine. One English breakfast tea bag provided and when I asked for another they said I had to pay. Really? For one tea bag! Still, Nena Kreuzberg is good value despite these annoying things. It's worth adding that it's in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, and is close to trains; a bus stop is outside the front of the building.

We have to sleep in the reception because Nena Apartament has blocked our key and they do not answer their emergency phones. Right now saturday 6th julio 2024 unfortunate customer service our reservation is from July 5-9 ----------------

This place is simple and with no frils but it is conveniently located in Kreuzberg and it was fine for us as we just needed a base to explore Berlin in this area. We stayed in a studio apartment which well laidout out, had a comfortable bed and a good shower. However it could be greatly improved by having a small sofa, a few more coat hangers.

Cons: *The pull out bed was FILTHY and we were not provided sheets for it. *Reception was only staffed from 10:00 to 18:00 *Air conditioning does not work. Pros: *Reception was friendly (when they were available). *Bathroom was clean.

Smelly, small room. Different than photos advertised. Rude staff for zero reason. Won’t allow any photos in a public area but will allow other guests to play loud annoying instruments for hours without issue. Makes zero sense. Waste of money. Avoid. Your money is better spent at hotel Catalonia

Ich habe zwei Nächte in einem Studio für 1 Person im 2.Stock verbracht. Die Lage war gut, da gut mit dem ÖNPV angebunden. Fenster zur Straße schließen gut. Bei offenem Fenster zu laut. Bett bequem, Dusche/Bad in Ordnung. Nespressomaschine/Teeküche vorhanden. Auffällig war eine ausgeprägte Wärme in dem Zimmer, so dass ich nachts den vorhandenen Tischventilator nutzen musste. Es wäre sonst unerträglich gewesen. Nicht zu akzeptieren ist, dass die Rezeption nach meiner Abreise (Ich hatte im Zimmer leider meine Ohrringe liegengelassen) nicht zu erreichen war, weder telefonisch noch per Email. Die Zentrale war zwar telefonisch erreichbar, aber die empfohlenen Emails wurden dann leider auch nicht beantwortet. Nach erneutem Telefonat erhielt ich nach 10 Tagen eine SMS von der Zentrale, die Ohrringe seien nicht gefunden worden.

Appartement très sympathique avec une superbe location, à 2 minutes du métro et proche d’un grand axe et pourtant aucun bruit la nuit. Tous ce qu’il faut au niveau matériel dans la cuisine mais pas la trace d’un poivrier ou d’une salière.. La literie était confortable. Petit bémol à la douche qui fuyait. Bon rapport qualité prix.
