Linnen is a characteristic 19th-century Berlin residential building, which has been fully renovated. It features bright rooms and apartments with traditional wooden furniture and parquet floors.
The main building is located within a 5-minute walk of Eberswalder Straße Underground Station and the Mauerpark (Wall Park), where a popular flea market takes place every Sunday. Other rooms and apartments are in the neighboring Mitte district, near stylish shops and galleries.
Guests can enjoy healthy and innovative breakfast downstairs on the ground floor. The breakfast room can also be rented out as a meeting/conference room.
Berlin’s Alexanderplatz is within 10 minutes by public transport. From here, there are direct busses to Tegel Airport and direct trains to Schönefeld Airport.

We stayed in the Cuba apartment, 2 adults and 2 teens. The contact we had from Antonio from booking until arrival was amazing, answering all my queries/questions. The apartment was lovely so spacious and the photos do not do it justice. Beautiful high ceilings & quirky decor. It is on a busy street & there is tram noise but we slept really well. Access to tourist areas is easy due to the frequent trams & metro system. Plenty of places to eat within 5/10 mins walk. We would definitely stay again if traveling to Berlin. A big thank you to Antonio & Bodo for a fabulous stay.

Linnen is an exceptional hotel. Many hotels try to do funky-industrial, but they really capture the uniqueness of their space but also make the room incredibly comfortable and charming. I stayed in room 2 and it was spacious, bright, and wonderful. Truly, more home than hotel. The location is excellent and the espresso machine and bar are a treat!

The hotel was very unique for me. It's true what the hotel puts on the windows, More home, Less hotel. The room was so comfortable, It was easy for my husband and I to spend time working and reading. For my husband it was superb. I might have liked a shower that didn't look like it was going to wet the whole bathroom. And had I been alone I might have felt very alone as it's like being at home alone. But very happy we stayed there, nice experience and we might stay again on the next trip.

We had an amazing stay at the Linnen, the hotel was well decorated and felt like a home not a hotel! Loved the stay and would 100% go back. staff were also amazing. The Location was also really good with trams and underground stations nearby. The restaurants nearby were plentiful and the ones we visited were great! Would love to come back one day!

Myself and husband stayed in room 2 for 3 nights. We had originally booked another property around the corner but were not able to stay there due to a flood. The hosts at Linnen were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and accommodating helping us out at the last minute. The hotel itself is something special. Loved the industrial and quirky design of the room and hotel itself. Loved the self serve and relaxed nature of their communal kitchen. The location was great for sightseeing and public transport links very close by. Highly recommend this boutique style hotel in Berlin!

Recently stayed here for 3 nights as a celebration weekend with friends. We absolutely loved the Cuba apartment - a lot of thought had gone into furnishings and fittings and the management provided excellent tips on local cafes and restaurants. Berlin had snow on the ground and while very cold outside, we always came back to a lovely warm apartment - despite the high ceilings and generous square footage. We noticed a similar amount of care had gone into the communal areas of the main building where other accommodation offerings under Linnen are situated. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the Lego apartment. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the location is fantastic. Unfortunately a tram comes by every 10-15 mins 24 hours a day. The noise was easily drowned out by our white noise app, but the ground/bed still vibrated as each train passed. The hotel has no control over this, and we did get used to it after the third night, but if you are a light sleeper I suggest choosing another room above ground floor.

We spent nearly a week here. It's an intimate hotel with breakfast included. The kitchen staff was excellent, spoke English too. We absolutely loved the neighborhood - lots of restaurants, easy access to public transportation, colorful and interesting! The bed was comfy, the amenities good. We were in room #1. The only drawback is that we faced the street and the #10 tram runs past all night at 30 min intervals, and it is noticeable.

What great boutique accomadation. We stayed in their 3-bedroom apartment and it was terrific. Clean,spacious, well-equipped, and secure. Decorated in a really fun 70's style A fantastic cafe was just across the road and we found it easy to use the tram and get Ubers from this destination.
