Hotel Nikolai Residence

位置很好，很中心。房間不行，到了才發現是三星的，以為訂了套房會好點，***。沒有空調，夏天很悶，有一間小卧室沒有窗户，更悶。沒什麼服務，就是快捷公寓，還好就住兩晚。

ホテルの立地はとても便利です。中心地区ニコライ区にあります。徒歩15分以内色んな博物館やレストランがあり、駅まで約10分以内です。ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。ありがとうございました。

This was a great hotel for our first time in Berlin. The restaurant suggestion was spot on. We walked to Museum Island and stopped in a few shops. Parking was secure and close by.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Nikolai Residence and were very warmly welcomed by Joel who was so helpful! We loved our very spacious room which was perfect for a family of four and the breakfast was very good. It was easy to walk everywhere, and close to some lovely restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Perfect family hotel. Our room had 2 bathrooms and two rooms. Perfect for a family with young kids. Everything works as expedted and staff was very friendly. Highly recommended

Very peaceful and quiet location just a short walk from Museumsinsel, Humboldt Forum and Alexanderplatz. Small, modern hotel with accommodations better than the 3-star classification implies

I was in this hotel with my family last week. My family (3 children and 2 adults) stayed for 7 nights. Central location to all main attractions. All the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially the girl who checked us in on Saturday 10/02 where we stayed only one night (She is the best receptionist/employee, always kind and tries to help with the our needs). Clean, spacious room, but very small fridge, with small bath towels impossible to use, I used them as a tea towel to dry the floor. Bathroom slippers provided without providing a bathrobe? Incredible!!!! The mattress and pillows are too soft and caused me back problems. Overpriced parking that is not worth €20, because the door to enter the hotel from the parking lot is only opened from the inside, without a lift, with a dangerous access staircase (my husband hurt his neck because of this staircase) and if I arrive by car after 10pm I have to turn around and catch the rain with my suitcase. I booked a triple room again for one night on 02/15 (my wedding anniversary), paying €286 in advance because it was the only one available on the site, we arrived at the hotel and we were assigned a single room. We stayed with the receptionist with our bags for 45 minutes who said the system made a mistake in finding our triple room, trying to give us a room that had opened and was already occupied by people coming out of the shower . He apologized saying that the system cannot see the rooms already occupied !!!!!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and we were thrilled with the location! Easy access to the train, busses, and we never had a problem getting an Uber. We were surrounded by so many Christmas markets that were easy to walk to. There is also a really nice laundromat close by, and our room was always nicely put together when we returned at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Nikolai is in a small little village tucked away in the middle of Berlin’s center. You can feel the old flair from the small cobblestone streets that are only for pedestrians. At the same time, walk three minutes and you’re out in Berlin, close to wonderful sights and the beginning of a great walking tour down the main ***** that leads all the way to Brandenburg gate. The train stop nearby does straight to Berlin HBF, which is convenient too. Lots of restaurant options! The staff is extremely friendly. The room is modern and clean.
