During my recent stay at Rocco Forte Hotel de Rome in Berlin, I was immersed in a world of elegance, luxury, and impeccable service. Eines der besten Hotels in Berlin. Sehr entspannter Checkin bei dem man gleich ein Gläschen Champagner gereicht bekommt. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum im historischen Ostteil der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, auch in der Standard Ausführung. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen und für die Sauna musste man sich anmelden und konnte die Saunabereich dann gerade einmal 1 Stunde benutzen. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna von 14:00 bis 20:00 an den Wochenenden ist für ein solches Hotel der Luxusklasse absolut inakzeptabel. Wir waren sehr verärgert darüber. Bei der Buchung haben wir keinerlei Informationen darüber erhalten, dass die Zeiten im Spa so reglementiert sind und er Poolbereich gänzlich geschlossen ist. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir die Info, dass der Pool aufgrund von Energiesparmaßnahmen geschlossen ist und außerdem fehlte es zusätzlich auch noch am Personal. Wir sind der Meinung, dass dann die Übernachtungspreise entsprechend angepasst werden müssen, wenn ein erheblicher Teil der Serviceleistungen nicht erbracht werden kann. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht so genießen, wie wir es vorhatten, leider!

This is my first trip to Berlin, so I was looking for a fantastic hotel that was accessible to all the sights. My decision was the Hotel de Rome since it was peaceful and away from the throngs of tourists, yet it was still accessible to all the important sites. My room wasn't ready when I checked in because I came before ten in the morning. Nonetheless, Mr Martin Buschmann was gracious enough to give me a tour of the hotel and familiarise me with the bar, restaurant, and other crucial details. He offered me a glass of champagne as a welcome. Before the 3 PM check-in time, Mr. Jacob Montemitoli performed his magic and relocated my reservation to a different room, allowing me to enter my room and take a short nap. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Domenico Bozzolo bring my bags to my room and show me around. He also gave a history of the hotel's numerous notable guests. Throughout my three days there, the breakfast was delicious and I never ran out of things to do. A special thank you to Mr. Giovani and Miss Yuniar Utami, who not only looked after me well but also answered my questions about the neighbourhood while I was enjoying my coffee. With the assistance of Martha and Smrithi, who helped me with my ride back to the airport, my checkout went smoothly. During my vacation, I travelled alone, but the next time I visit Berlin, my family will accompany me. All in all, I had a wonderful vacation and an amazing experience at this hotel.

I always dreamt of seeing this hotel and staying here! Today i went to go to the rooftop and it was the worst unreal experience in berlin! First the gentleman at the door was extremely unkind! Then this lady wearing white her name started with Tata... she came and i ordered to get a bottle of champagne to maybe find a table upstairs! The way she talked to us was unlike any hotel! Maybe in a motel people greet their guest like that but these people didnt even like to be there !!! She has this hate in her eyes! She told me that the table is full and we came to the bar downstairs and again she came behind the counter and even though i ordered a bottle of champagne and sparkling water she said she will find someone to serve us! Then she completely ignored us ! And we waited and no one absolutely no one cared!!! Truly beyond my belief! Definitely you lost a great client for ever! Wow im sorry that such a beautiful place is being presented by people who have no love for their guest or understand service!!! 100% NO :( not worth the disrespect for no reason !!! I hope the management find a more experienced professional to present this brand!
