這次出差是去參加展會的，因為這家酒店離的最近，所以選擇了他們家，第一住國外酒店。總體感覺還不錯主要就是離得近。

This hotel was perfect for a short city break to Berlin. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, we opted for the cheapest rate room as we did not plan on spending much time here for the duration of our stay. The room had enough space for us both and as stated was very clean and well kept. Our minimal interactions with staff were friendly and pleasant - both check in and check out very quick, easy and straight forward. The hotel is very much out of the way and you would not expect to find it unless searching. You are approx 10/15 min walk from Potsdamer Platz where there is a big train station and bars/eateries/a shopping mall. The hotel was perfect for those wishing to travel to the city on a budget however you do have to walk to Potsdamer Platz for main links. We did find a nice brunch spot on our final day a short walk away which was named Kaffee Lieben Wir - would reccomend.

We were very well looked after by all the staff. This was especially important as my wife was in a wheelchair. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and free coffee facilities were all very good. The location was very peaceful down a side road, yet only a short walk from Potsdamer Platz. Strongly recommended!

I got the top storey room. It was snowing when we visited and the balcony was a winter wonderland. The shower temp was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a solid buffet too. The breakfast area and the area outside was so pretty as well in the snow.

Clean room, with nice bathroom. Friendly staff nice welcoming checkin process. Whatever you ask the staff tries their best to solve it. Special thanks to Steven. If you choose to have breakfast very nice gluten free bread on demand 👍🏻. Location is near Uban. In walking distance good restaurants, available.

Fantastic Hotel. Friendly Staff. We stopped in 603 which was a nice spacious room. Big comfortable bed. No English channels on the TV but we watched Darts on the Sports channel. Lots of room for clothes. Very warm, it was winter so the heating was on, we needed to turn off the radiators. The bathroom was good, very hot shower, the only thing was the toilet smelt of sewage which was a little unpleasant. Apart from that; we had no issues. Easy to get to. I would recommend it. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Room 603: Right in front of the lift but we didn't hear any noise. The toilet did smell. Walkability It's in a good location, 15 minutes walk to Postdamer Platz. Nice park just behind. Easy to walk to main train stations. Food & drinks Free hot drinks at Reception between 12:00 - 21:00. Overall, this is a great hotel. Clean, accessible. My only issue with it was the layout of the room, which is vastly different than what was advertised on the ******* site. Lovely S does NOT have a separate bathroom, as indicated in the photos. The shower is in the middle of the room with zero privacy. The sink is also in the middle of the room and on the opposite side of the toilet. So unless you know the person you’re staying with, be prepared to get zero privacy.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, don’t be put off that it is in a residential area it 5 mins walk to a really busy area with lots of restaurants to choose from, we also found some cute little bars up the streets too! We arrived early as we were going to a football match we left our bags to check in later in the evening. When we arrived back to the hotel all of our bags where taken to the room! I requested a high floor, glad I did view was amazing! Rooms were clean and modern, staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near Potsdamer Platz staff is helpful and are friendly. The only negative is that the garbage is picked up very early which makes a lot of noise

Greatly located hotel in Berlin city center, but quiet situated. Very nice hotel staff and services. U-bahn is only at 10 min, with nice walk to a park. Car parking is limited, but we find free parking somewhat outside city center and used U-bahn.

Clean and quiet but very close to a lot of sights and transportation options. For families, the area around the Kurfürstenstraße U-Bahn might be better avoided at night. And the system for self-check in didn't work well for users of third-party websites like *******. But that aside, a good choice in a city with a lot of hotel options.

Hotel was good overall, located on edge of "Mitte" and within walking distance of transit and attractions. Parking experience was horrendous at first - we arrived late and had pre-arranged for a key to be left. There was a second key for what we thought was the underground parking garage, but was in fact to lower a barrier to street level parking on their property - I've never seen anything like it. We didn't realize this until our car was down the ramp to the underground garage and then needed to spend 30 minutes or more doing dozens of corrections to back out of the tightly curved ramp (because the gate at the bottom was locked). Upon finally exiting the ramp, the only available parking spot was only big enough for a mini vehicle and I ultimately had to double park behind someone else for the night and leave a note on my dash. After calling the off-site customer service the 3rd or 4th time, they told I would need to meet the in-person staff at 7am to find a better solution. Thankfully someone else checked out and opened up a full-size parking spot and the hotel staff did apologize for the inconvenience and didn't charge me for the first night of parking and did give us free coffee in the morning (which we definitely needed after spending an hour late at night getting a spot for our car to park in) Moral of the story? If you drive to this hotel, make sure you reserve a parking spot (which we did) and tell them if you have anything bigger than a 2-door mini (we had a wagon).
