A great hotel for an emotional holiday. Clean, with a great calm view, with good smiling service. Friendly animal world around. We liked it and are thinking about coming back for a few more days before leaving this island.

Красивый отель , все номера с видом на море , два бассейна . Минусы : нехватка полотенец у бассейна , ждали минут 20 пока нам их принесут ; при выезде из отеля нам предъявили счет из бара , в котором мы ничего не заказывали , разбирались минут 40 , что было не очень приятно

My partner Rosie and I had the most splendid time here. The staff were extremely effective, friendly, and warm-hearted. Arriving 22nd of Jan and leaving on the 5th of Feb. We chose all-inclusive and the food was excellent. Srilankan cuisine was superb. The entertainment was authentic and fun. We had the most relaxing of times. With the Beach on our doorstep. Safe swimming conditions, excellent surf etc,etc... Everything was catered for. We can not recommend it highly enough. They are a Srilankan owned company. We arranged our travel and accommodation through Tui, and we will do so again. Easy links for travel should anyone wish to adventure further. We headed to Galle by train, which was so easy. Spending the day exploring the old Fort, museums, and literary festival that was taking place at the time of our visit. Sri Lanka offers many opportunities to experience its diverse culture. Arts and culture abound. If you have any desires to experience, Sri Lanka Ekho Surf Bentota Hotel is a great place to start. Massive thumbs up from us. We will return.

My husband and I visited Ekho Surf in January. The property is located by the beach with a wonderful view of the ocean. The rooms are modern and spacious. We picked the room with the ocean and pool view and enjoyed the sunsets. It has two incredible Restaurants so one doesn’t have to leave the property. On our first day after we checked in, we had lunch at the Tuna Turner Restaurant. The chef cooked the most delicious crab curry we tasted during our trip to Sri Lanka. On the second day we had breakfast at the main restaurant located in the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread comprised of continental food as well as some Sri Lankan food. It had a live egg station. For lunch we had a four course meal which was delicious. We would like to thank Sameera and the F&B staff for accommodating our dietary preferences.

Food was the best! Place and pool are beautifully designed! Will definitely come back here. Prices are reasonable and place is close by to the main city. Aruni was super nice and she is the best :)

Check in 6/4 Check out 16/4 My 10-night stay at EKHO Surf has been absolute bliss. After a lot of travelling around the country, I couldn't resist kicking back for some sand, sea and sunbathing, which EKHO Surf definitely delivered! I've had the pleasure of such wonderful, caring and attentive hospitality from everyone working in the hotel. Food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous, with both international dishes and local Sri Lankan cuisine available. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And what a fantastic location for both sunrise and stunning sunset beach strolls, with the hotel grounds directly hugging the blonde sands of Bentota Beach. All the staff worked especially hard getting things ready for Awurudu at the weekend and throwing us all a big party, which was so much fun! I don't think any hotel guests were left out of the games and celebrations 😂 Thank you to Nilshani, Aruni, Nimali, Gulara, Ajid, and Lavindu in the restaurant 👌🍴 Thank you to Sanat for every exquisite handcrafted cocktail 👌😋 Thank you to Vikki for our convos by the pool 🏊 Thank you to Saman for our friendly catch ups and for running a great housekeeping team, and a huge thank you to Mahesh for keeping my room spotlessly clean every day ✨ Thank you to all at reception, including Aruni, for your friendliness and care during my stay 💐 And special thanks to Asanka for all our nice chats and for going the extra mile and getting soya milk brought in especially for me 🤗 You're a wonderful team! Aruni was wonderful, she was super attentive, friendly and accommodating. Service overall needs to be managed better. Lovely hotel, beautiful beaches, easy access to town for restaurants and shopping. Will be back in the near future, loads of sunscreen.
