Très bien. Mais il est indiqué : une vue sur la mer que nous n'avons pas eu,
Un petit déjeuner à 9 euro, mais au final nan c'est 11€.
Le prix d'arrivée a réglé et 4,..€ mais 2€ de plus au final .
On ne demande pas que se sois gratuit mais au moins honnête envers les prix. Ainsi aussi je ne comprend pas, un hôtel et un lieu où nous partons en vacances, mais on nous demande tout de même de passer le ménage complet avant de partir. La propreté laisse a désirer mais j'ai vu largement pire. En attendant le spa et hammam sont super et le calme de même. Mais bon séjour en parti .

The only nice thing about this hotel is that they are really close to the sea. The pictures of the hotel on booking are really nice, but unfortunately the reality is a bit different. Unfortunately for us the hotel charges the full amount of stay as soon as you arrive. So to avoid our mistake, first check your room out and then pay.

Although on arrival we were disappointed by the location of the apartment - it was at the back overlooking parked cars and other buildings so it was not really a pleasure to sit on the balcony which we had hoped to do.
However, on the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and bedding all clean. I took my own pillow and glad I did because they were not so good from a comfort point of view.
Overall, the shower was very good, the bathrooms functioned correctly, everything in the apartment was in good working order and overall the apartment was satisfactorily clean. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen.
By the end of the stay apart from the fact we would have preferred a nicer view say overlooking the pool we were happy with the accommodation.

Great location within a few steps from the beach and a couple of restaurants, in the middle of town, so very walkable. Not luxurious, but very good value. Studio last year, I upgraded to 1-bedroom this year, a huge improvement in space and comfort (not sofa-bed, but real bed, better bathroom and separate toilet). Staff is great, very friendly and very responsive to requests. I'll be back!

Stayed here for the location to Benodet front and it was fantastic for this - couple of minutes walk to beach and everything that Benodet offers - Stayed beginning of July so plenty of parking - we were overlooking the main road which suited us for people watching and privacy - We would definitely come back but rated it a 4* not a 5* rating as the property surroundings are looking a bit tired - such small things that could make such a first impression better - the communal areas like lift floors are scruffy, reception had cracked glass window, hedges are overgrown on paths, pool had edge coming away - all at beginning of season so still time to smarten maybe - ? If you want to be central and have somewhere nice to come back to then this is great

Nice accommodation in an excellent location. Across the road from the beech. Bike hire was great. Nice pool. Free parking spaces are limited but plenty under cover parking at a very reasonable price. Lovely quick boat ride to Sainte-Martine, and really nice cycle route from there.

We booked this 2 days before staying and im so glad we did. The communication before was brilliant, the reception on check in and check out were really good. The apartment was perfect! All 3 kids loved it. The apartments were right on the beach and although there wasnt a sea view its a min walk which was amazing. The swimming pool was lovely and even though it rained on one of our days we still went in as a part of the pool is undercover.
The location is amazing for beach walks and paddleboarding/kayaking and we will definitely be back next year.
