Ava Resort Cancun - All Inclusive

We had the opportunity to stay at AVA and take a couples massage preceded by a hydrotherapy at their Spa. By the way, the hotel is top notch, with high quality standards and delicious restaurants, the level of Customer service is through the roof. The experience at the Spa was magnificent, we enjoyed it so much that we were starting to be late for our couple’s massage, but we spoke with Yulitzin at the Spa and she went the extra mile for us, she made sure we received the complete Hydrotherapy with a scalp massage that was amazing and it put the perfect bow for our experience. I would go back there for our next vacation without hesitation! Thank you

Leonardo was the best bar tender I’ve ever had! Works at the Martini bar outside of the Italian restaurant! 10 out of 10 would go back! He took very good care of my wife and I, and had the highest level of professionalism to date, and made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had!

We went for our honey moon and we loved it! Food is really good, Veranda and copal were my favorites. The service was excellent, all the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms are really pretty and the bed really comfortable. Everyone in the hotel helped make our honey moon great!

Hotel is completely new and new amenities are being built. Attention to the guest is superb and restaurants Copal and Veranda are exquisite. We celebrated our honeymoon and had a really nice experience, recommended for celebrations and for having a really relaxing vacations.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at AVA. The staff was absolutely amazing. Our butlers AB and Ariel were very attentive to our needs and were the absolute best. Our waiter in the Black Iron was Roberegto he was fantastic very friendly. And in the club Dez, our bartender/waiter Oscar was very very friendly and attentive to all of his customers. He made sure everyone had what they needed. This was our second time there and the resort was great and all of the staff were simply fantastic. Arlene and Axle of the legendary were great to work with and were so very nice. All and all AVA is a luxurious fantastic resort with great people.

My wife and I came to the soft opening of Ava back in June 2024. As expected the resort was much improved from last year. When we came last year I think there were five restaurants open, there were three times than now. Both the north and south end of the resort was open, it is massive. I think it is a mile from one end to the other. All the restaurants we tried were great, we especially liked Black Iron and Chez Moi. There are several pools to choose from, it won't be hard to find the one that fits your vibe. The one thing that always makes a great vacation is the service. With that, I would like to point out three people that made our trip much more enjoyable. The first was Pamela, she works with Legendary and greeted us when we arrived. She was excellent in helping us settled in. There was a glitch in recognizing us as Hall of Fame members and she got it all worked out quickly. The second and my favorite was Jorge. Jorge is a pool "butler" he was working the members pool and the quiet pool while we were there. Jorge made our trip, from day one he remember our names, preferred seating location and drink order. The third person was a wonderful surprise. We had scheduled Hydro Therapy, which we always enjoy, but this day there was something extra. As I exited the massaging pool, I was greeted by a young woman, named Marina, who asked if I wanted a massage. I happily said yes. She gave me the absolute best, head, neck and shoulder massage of my life. I was in heaven, she capped off what was a very good vacation stay. We will be back again.
