Nice property but there’s no beach … no sand… they don’t allow smoking so that’s another thing to consider…. I purchased the swim up suite room thinking that would give me privacy but instead I was the center of attention…. The patio of the room is in the middle of resort where everyone walking by can see you i did not like that no privacy what’s so ever !!! I honestly would have felt more comfortable in a regular balcony room they seemed to have more privacy…. People who come on vacation just want peace and privacy I didn’t really get that here .

The resort was nice but the food in the restaurants was not. Room serves food was good. I am really concerned all the bars are washing the togo plastic cups by hand and refilling for the next customer. I am sure that is not sanitary. Glad i brought my own travel cup. The room are very nice and clean. I was disappointed that there was no beach and outdoor nightly entertainment. If u are looking for a quiet resort this is your resort.

Excellent service! Such a picturesque resort, very clean and fresh looking. Rooms were 10/10. Entertainment and dining options was 10/10. Recommend to couples older and younger!

resort beautiful, nice decor, clean. party pool needs music all day. not enough staff at pool, not enough restarants, buffet food not hot.

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Room super clean. Turn down service every night.
No usable beach at this property. Bar glasses/cups are barely washed. No dishwasher and soap often nit rinsed off. Expected more entertainment in a all inclusive resort.

Property is nice and beautiful. Service is excellent the only thing is that they don’t have beach area. Why to go to Cancun if not to enjoy the beach. If you want to go out the hotel rent a car uber and taxis are too expensive. Other than that I had a great experience

The property was beautiful and laid out well as was our room. But there was no bar service at the pool, or our swim up, or at the lobby bar. If you wanted a drink, you had to get it yourself. And there was inconsistency with the liquors at each bar. All of them seemed to be out of many liquors and especially the wine. This is a new property and a more expensive one at that, so being out of liquor (which is supposed to be included) should not happen. In the week we were there, they never replenished the "out of stock" items.

Loved this hotel, super laid back vibe. The only weird thing was you had points for your mini bar, so if you used up all your points you have to pay for additional items. The food was really good. Loved The Land Shark. I definitely loved the pub vibe. The pools were cold but after awhile in them you got used to it. The Italian restaurant was amazing , and surprisingly so was the buffet. The coffee shop was an added bonus.

The staff are great with the exception of front desk - they have zero empathy for whatever issue a guest has. They love saying no - it must be a power issue. I will NEVER come back because of them. FYI - no beach to walk on. Breakwall and then the water….even on low tide.
