This hotel was one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in - every single detail was amazing and the staff were wonderful, who all went over and above for us and made our trip extra special. The attention was in the detail - our room was decorated on arrival with a bottle of Cava and chocolate covered strawberries in our room on arrival, as well as rose petals on our bed. Every evening we came back to our room to a little note and chocolates and on our last night we had a bottle of Frexinet as well as a thank you note - we will most definitely visit again xxx

Very special experience, hotel different from what we had seen in Benidorm. Quiet with a very personalized service and attention to detail. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and the check in was very fast, she accompanied us to the room, it is small but with stunning views. The breakfast was very complete, a little noisy but very good.

From the moment you walk in the doors you are treated with such special treatment. Truly a 5* star hotel. Best location in old Benidorm close to everything and practically on the beach.Rooms have everything you could possibly need breakfast was absolutely perfect what ever you asked for they would cater for you. Such an amazing experience! All of the staff were attentive to our needs and we were given lovely welcome and good night gestures with written notes to ourselves. Every single member of staff would regularly ask if we needed anything from reception staff, waitors and cleaners however one member of staff in particular was amazing. Claudia helped with every thing we needed to know about transfers checkout and any other enquiry we had. We would definitely recommend and return again if it is possible. We recently stayed at the Villa Venecia Boutique Hotel in Benidorm, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was truly superb high-quality with an impressive selection to suit all tastes. We were particularly spoiled with the New Year’s Eve banquet, featuring endless courses, live music and fantastic entertainment. It was a night to remember! The private seating area outside, exclusively for guests, was such a bonus. It was great not having to queue for other venues and to relax in such a serene environment. The views of the Mediterranean Sea and Benidorm were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and sunset was nothing short of magical a true highlight of our stay. We can’t wait to return for another holiday. Thank you, Villa Venecia, for such a memorable experience!

Check in is from 16.00, check out by 12.00, late check out past this time is €10 per hour. We had a Seafront Superior double bed 50 sqm room with floor to ceiling windows facing Levante promenade / beach, be aware the sun shines very brightly into the room in the mornings until early afternoon. We were offered a large glass of Cava at reception on arrival, plus a bottle of Cava & sweet treats were left in our room, thank you. There is an excellent a la carte breakfast of your choice 8.00-11.00 served with meats, cheese, fruit, toast, etc on a two-tier tray. You can also sit on the outdoor terrace, dinner is 19.00-23.00 (last food order is 21.30), all bookings over Xmas include Xmas day gala dinner - which consisted of a drinks & canapés reception followed by a 3 hour tasting menu with drinks again included! It was my wife’s birthday the day before we left and the hotel very kindly gave us a lovely bottle of wine to help us celebrate, thank you again and very much appreciated. There is adequate drawer space and hangars in the wardrobe, but half the clothes hang crumpled on top of the safe, air con or heating, very large tv (inc BBC1, BBC2 & the Great movie channels in English), wifi, laptop size safe (there is no charge), tea & coffee, 2 x 500ml bottles of water & coffee pods each day, Nespresso machine - delivers a small shot of coffee, full minibar fridge, large deep spa bath & separate rain shower with clear glass walls, all toiletries, toothbrush & paste, razors, cotton buds & pads, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, lots of plug sockets but no usb ports, iron & board, the hotel has a bar but no entertainment and is quiet in the evenings, rooftop plunge pool but only a few sunbeds. There are lovely long promenade and beach walks on either side of the hotel which is situated in the old town - a nice area for bars & restaurants. Sunbeds on the beaches are €6 each, plus parasol €6. We would recommend The Robin Hood bar restaurant at Plaza Triangular in the old town and The Soul Bar on Calle Ibiza. There is a very large outdoor market Wed & Sun from 9.00-14.00. We had a lovely time, the staff looked after us very well. We would strongly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Venecia!
