Mont-Park

Hotel is basic and rooms have been given a bit of an upgrade but a bit tired. In saying that the beds are comfortable and slept well. No fridge which would be welcome and no kettle which would be a nice touch. We were full board and food at lunch and dinner was great always found a tasty meal. Less choice than other hotels but what was offerred was good. Breakfast not great hot choice dished up terrible sausages and bacon and the cereals cheap options, coffee machine shocking but there is another option of an urn with pre made coffee and it was drinkable. Staff were efficient and most were pleasant, better rapport with Spanish guests but this may be due to our lack of Spanish and their English. Air conditioning good and maids great, TV had English channels if you wanted to watch something. The pool area was very nice good music not blaring and a great ambience, plenty of sunbeds and booking them with towels forbidden so fantastic and likely why no issues finding a bed, pool great. Our room overlooked Port Benidorm hotel pool and the blaring night club music and building works meant a very unpeaceful stay, not possible to have a siesta due to horrendous noise all day until 6.30pm. Not Mont Park hotels fault of course but I would request a room on the other side next time. We would stay in Mont Park again but with a few tweeks would be excellent value for money.

What can I say the hotel is basic but absolutely fine. I had a twin room overlooking the port Benidorm. The food has been lovely there’s not a vast choice but what they have has been lovely. I have always been able to get a subbed no queuing that I have seen. The only thing missing from the room is a fridge however there is a vending machine downstairs so you do have access to cold drinks. Bar prices very good here. I would definitely return.

Four us arrived on our first trip to Benidorm 6th June to the 10th June 2024. We was really happy with the Hotel and how clean the staff kept it. Ok the rooms were a little tired but in keep with other hotels in this budget range we have stayed in across Europe. Obviously if you want the Hilton you will need to pay hundreds of pounds more. The food was delicious (half board) with a very good selection which was topped up regularly. Vegetarian choice was a little slim which none of us were. Very good location but it is up a hill. Not a great choice of food for any fussy young children i.e no chicken nuggets. As it is mainly Spanish cuisine. We like to eat the same as what the locals do after all we are abroad. I recommend if you want english meals then I recommend you go to Butlins. We really enjoyed our time here and it made a nice change to have free car parking also. We also received a delicious pack up on our departure day as we had to leave at 6am for our flight home. Thank you Mont Park, Benidorm

My husband, 3 year old and I stayed here for a week with our friends who were also a couple with a 4 year old and had the best holiday. The food was outstanding, very tasty and the youngsters, who would normally be fussy was eating it and enjoying it. The hotel itself was very clean and rooms cleaned efficiently and to a high standard the same time every day so you knew when to vacate although they're happy doing it with you there. Reception and staff very polite. My son lost his favourite ball 15 mins before the coach picked us up to go to the airport, after speaking to reception and leaving them some euros, the ball arrived on our doorstep 2 weeks later - outstanding service. My son was over the moon! Would definitely stay here again, thank you all for making our holiday unforgettable!

Room ok food appalling luke warm only one hot veg sliced warm up meat and what looked like left overs from breakfast fried up breakfast warm to cold and limited selection tried to complain didn't want to know no English TV walls very thin will not stay here again

My sister and I have stayed here for the 7th time , for 12 nights As always it was outstanding from the food to the service we received . On arrival we were checked in by Miguel who happily changed our room as we wanted one on a higher floor. Joseph and Jimsi and all the dining roam staff looked after us very well . The food was very good and varied . The pool area was spotless and there was no stampede for sun loungers. All public areas especially the lift and toilets were cleaned constantly . Our bed linen was changed 3 times in the 12 days we were there .. The bathroom and towels were spotless . Over the years this hotel is catering for other European guests. In all we have no complains and will be returning next year . Thank you to all the staff
