Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

Found this hotel quite good overall. Yes it's a 10 minute walk down a really steady gradient down to the town, but don't be put off. The room was spacious, also the bathroom. Only did bed n breakfast and we were not disappointed. Plenty of choice in the morning. Pleasant staff throughout. Rooms serviced every day, unusual but not an issue. Good bar in the evening along with entertainment.

Meals were abysmal, apart from the tinned tomatoes and toast. The hotplate served up some hidden gems, and they were so well hidden as to be regarded as bad as the worst. If that had been our first holiday in Benidorm, it would most certainly have been our last. Just a case of a bad hotel

Arrived at hotel checked straight in, receptionist very friendly and very helpful, went for dinner and there's a great selection even for the picky eaters like me. The rooms are very spacious and beds very comfortable requested extra pillows as you only get one each,cleaners are on the ball everyday room cleaned beds changed and made,staff in restaurant are fabulous (Sergio Oscar Yolanda) and the rest of you are a great asset to the hotel,if you need a mobility scooter use amigos24 excellent company and great prices,my only complaint was Thursday night in the bar,they cleaned the lines on the beer taps but didn't allow it to run through and clear out, bought a beer(cruzcampo) took a big swig and bloody hell it was like bleach ran to the toilet and hurled like a whale and was ill through the night with it, didn't complain though but I really should have,but didn't want to make the hotel look bad whilst we were there,so that's the only thing that I'm moaning about. Would I recommend the hotel definitely, would I return yes.

The room was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a great variety of food for Breakfast. It's a 10-minute walk through the park to the seafront in the old town, great beach shops and cafes. it's close enough but also far enough away from any noise.

Just back from a week's stay in this excellent hotel! The stars for the Prince Park are the staff ranging from reception, restaurant, cleaning, entertainment and bar staff - a big shout out for Fernando, Javi, Charli, Pepe, Rafa and Mari who were brilliant behind the bar! I hope the Prince Park management appreciate their staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was toward the old town but up a bit of a hill not good after a few or in boiling heat. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were brilliant entertainment was good also. A mix of Brits Spanish and other nationalities enjoyed it.

Our first time to Benidorm and I was a little apprehensive as I was travelling as a single parent with 2 teenages. The hotel was immaculately clean, dining room, bar and pool area were constantly cleaned, the food was very good and constantly being replenished, the rooms were a little on the small side and the air conditioning wasn't great but overall I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Booked to celebrate my birthday with my partner for a week. Positive points first. Hotel was reasonably priced. The communal areas were clean and tidy. Staff friendly and polite. Bar area was lovely and cool. Drinks were very well priced. The entertainment at night was ok but not many went to watch it. Bad points. The rooms are a good size but the maid didn’t break into a sweat cleaning them. Floor wasn’t swept all week and bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. She’d make the beds and change towels when needed. The food was awful. I’m by no means a fussy eater but a couple of nights I couldn’t find anything. Flemish casserole or white fish (rubber lips??) salad very limited. People were come into the dinning room in nighties and slippers!!! Puddings were ok.should have done cheese and biscuits.Liked paying for the drinks as you walked in. Staff worked hard in there. All in all I wouldn’t return unless it’s for a long weekend room only.
