Hotel Servigroup Trinimar

First of all: the breakfast and the lunch was excellent, all of us find something to eat, there was big choice. The kitchen team worked very hard, they was friendly. The room was good for us, but the daily cleaning team were perfunctory, but it not caused big problem for us. The girls in the bar were friendly but they didn't speak English or they had poor English. The receptionists were friendly, but not 100% helpful. We paid for the breakfast in advance, two times we left the hotel eatlier than the breakfast time, I asked a receptionist girl to organize us take away breakfast, which would contain ham and cheese.... There was not possible. We got a table with sweet cakes and no any drink just coffee. Our second disappointment: we would like to go to Valencia by train. Our first idea was that we go from Castello. The receptionies dehorn us, they suggest that we take taxi and go from train station of Benicasim. I ask them to order us a taxi or taxis, because we were 5 person. In the morning only one taxi arrived with delay. And the guy would pick up only 4 person. Than we go to the bus station and we went to Castellon Train staion. We waste more thane one our and price of the prepaid train ticket. Everywhere we go there are broshures at the reception, here there was nothing. The sea is close to the Hotel, but it would be good if the Hotel would have sunbed camp chairs to the guests. Finally it was more than good than bad, but it was the first and last holiday here.

The hotel is in a great location and is just 20 steps away from the beach. Has loads of restaurants around so plenty of choices to eat outside or you can always enjoy the hotel buffet. Team- very helpful and super polite. English is not their strongest language, but never the less you will communicate easily.

Just home back to England and had to review this hotel. We stayed this past week and for the money we paid it was an absolute gem. Definitely a 4 star hotel., nothing too much trouble for Ana or Carmen. Thanks again, you chicas and your staff are fantastic . Everything we needed to do was accommodated to and again, muchos gracias chicas.. You both made our stay easier!! The breakfast buffet was amazing(I'm a breakfast person) and we paid for our Spanish family to eat with us on two occasions and they were also impressed by the authentic buffet food prepared by a great chef. The restaurant staff were just lovely, Santi, Jose, Noella amongst the others work so hard and again, nothing too much trouble and knowledgeable on allergies/ ingredients when we asked for my nephew. Entertainment..Nacho was awesome.. We had such a giggle and he made sure we could see the AJ fight.! Quizzes, Aquagym, pilates and just generally a great guy and the bar staff we absolutely fell in love with.. Marina, July and Braian, I do hope to see you guys again, you guys rock. . Long review but I am so glad we found this little gem and can't wait to return. Well done guys. Take care and see you next year. ❤️

Fuimos porque mi pareja es celíaca y en esta cadena controlan con el gluten. Cada hotel gestiona las comidas sin gluten como quiere, en este había una carta para elegir y otra con lo que estaba fijado para cada día, y entre ambas te preparas el menú que te apetezca

Somos una familia que vamos a lo largo del año varias veces a Benicasim y por ello somos miembros del club Servigrup, ya nos habíamos alojado anteriormente en el H. Trinimar, pero esta es la última vez que nos alojamos. Nos han dado una habitación en el primer piso, con vistas al parking y le he solicitado a Elena, la chica que nos ha atendido en recepción, que por favor nos cambiará y nos ha dicho lo que dicen siempre, “que el hotel está completo” quizás, hoy 10 de mayo esté como dice Elena completo, pero nosotros no volveremos. Hay otras opciones en Benicasim para un fin de semana como este, sin agobios y con mejores vistas por un precio parecido

Nosotros hemos pasado 8 días en hotel, y es una experiencia muy recomendable. El hotel se encuentra ubicado en el paseo marítimo, por lo que sólo se necesita cruzar la calle para estar en la playa. El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable, en especial los camareros del buffet y el encargado del mismo, así como los animadores (en especial Pepe). Las habitaciones están bien, con una ducha bastante grande y camas con colchones y almohadas muy cómodas, por lo que hemos descansado mucho. La comida del buffet es excelente, muy variada con plancha con carnes y pescados al gusto todos los días, pudiendo poner como única pega que el desayuno cambia muy poco de un día para otro, y puede ser un poco repetitivo. Caben destacar ciertos detalles, como buena conexión a internet en todo el hotel, o los grifos en la piscina para quitarse de los pies la arena de la playa. Algunos puntos que se pueden mejorar son: -＞ Piscina un poco pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes. -＞ En las horas puntas vendría bien un ascensor más. -＞ La animación está bien, pero algunas actividades de adultos se realizan en un local situado en el parking, lo que hace que la participación sea baja. En conclusión, un excelente hotel, con buenas instalaciones y mobiliario, así como un trato cercano por parte de los trabajadores. Repetiremos.

Trinimar es un hotel sencillo y correcto. Si buscas una estancia tranquila y bien ubicada en Benicasim para disfrutar de esta zona es el hotel indicado, ya que además tiene acceso directo al paseo marítimo. Pero si algo prevalece sobre todo, es el gran equipo profesional y humano que lo conforman. La amabilidad, trato y eficiencia del servicio del hotel, tanto en recepción, como en cafetería, o en restaurante, se percibe desde la llegada. Pero además, y en nuestro caso, que vivimos un duro episodio y un gran susto con nuestro hijo, que por suerte en eso quedó, no puedo sentir más que agradecimiento por lo arropados que nos sentimos por el personal del hotel en todo momento. Hemos estado super agusto, el hotel está todo renovado, muebles nuevos y baño reformado con gran ducha , y muy limpio. Cama cómoda y muy amables todos , tanto recepción como en el buffet Cogimos pensión completa y todo muy bueno la verdad que para la temporada que estamos ni mucho ni poco .,Para elegir y no quedarte con hambre , Hasta máquina de helado.

Très bon accueil, personnel très chaleureux et compétent, hôtel très propre très bon buffet petit déjeuner, le dîner (self service) est très copieux, et il y a de très bons plats variés. Nous avions une chambre avec vue latérale mer. Nous avons apprécié cette vue et le balcon. la chambre est suffisamment grande et le lit confortable.
