Wonderful and professional service. Prahalad from housekeeping was wonderful. Thank you. Stayed here for a week. The food was awesome and tge service was impeccable. The property itself is luxurious. Staff behaviour is very polite and professional.

Jul 2024 I'll start with check in experience.. excellent and very attentive. Next the rooms are luxurious and very comfortable especially noise ambient is very low . Superb restaurants, breakfast is also superb both international and India cuisine. Kamal and Sekhar have both been just marvellous and I was really pleased with the remarkable cocktails they made , Bloody Mary , cosmopolitan and probably the best espresso Martini I’ve had . fantastic Mixologists and dedicated to please . Deeksha has been superb in sharing all the hotel food options and also supported me during the executive hours. Overall l've been to this hotel many times and each time the experience has overwhelming. Great hotel for locals to go and experience and if I was a local I’d be here every week.

Staffs are good and helpful. Room is maintained. Restaurants are good and food delicious. Building facade require maintenance. By and large staying gives a good feeling. But when it comes to loyalty they completely lack. They keep advertising 300percent green points during the members' only promotion period. If you try to avail this facility they never honour this. Also they never add green points on dining at Lotus /cubbon pavilion. However the people in the kabab and curries seem to be prompt and efficient. Unless one keeps track of the loyalty points they do their best to avoid these points. Even after reminding them they keep harassing the guests /members. Compared to other reputed hotel chains ITC loyalty program seems to be just an eye wash even though tied up with Marriot. So members every time when using ITC especially gardenia facility be vigilant to keep track of the points as they always try not to allot green points.

I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality from the moment I arrived. Most fully thank you Ganavi to ensure that I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The suite had exquisite furnishings and flawless attention to detail. With so many delicious items to choose from, dining at their restaurants was a gourmet joy. The spa and pool, among other opulent facilities, contributed to the overall extravagance. Thank you. Hope I'll visit again

This was my first stay at ITC Gardenia. The room was lovely and well maintained. The staff was courteous at ever point, accommodating special breakfast requests. Sahil Khan of inroom dining made an excellent impression. Good gym too. Sanjit Das who attends to the men's locker rooms and sauna was also very attentive. Overall a very good stay. One complaint: the food choices on the iPad for inroom dining are limited and the interface is a bit confusing to navigate. Things i could ask by ringing directly were not visible on the menu on the iPad.
