The staffs are very friendly, we had morning flight, they prepared the take aways. Free shuttle bus from hotel to the airport, not sure airport to hotel, but it is value added part, the hotel should make it known for its guests. The only part is there is only one cup in the room, no refill of coffee and tea for a two nights stay for 2 pax.

Clean room comfortable bed. Good variety of breakfast with western and local cuisine. I like the 24 hour gym.

Stayed for a night -- travelled from Bandung and need to catch early morning flight back to Tokyo from CGK Airport. Hotel and staff are nice. It is pitty that they do not have airport shuttle on request (need to follow the timetable which is waaaay ... to early). I think it's just my badluck when I stayed there because there were so many noisy C***ese guests in the hotel but well ... not the hotels' fault. All in all, an airport hotel with way better cost performance compared to some of their competitors nearby.

Room quite small, comfortable bed & pillow and great location for transit before flight & have free shuttle to all 3 Terminal CGK Airport.

Booked for company trip. Pretty new and standard hotel near to airport. Price is pretty worth it. Hotel do provide shuttle service free to/from airport and paid cheap taxi service. Room is new as hotel is new. All are good.

My second times stay here. Love with the staff they are so friendly. I love when breakfast one of the staff made a special fresh juice and the taste is very good. And the best is when you have early flight you can ask for breakfast to be packed so you still have your breakfast. Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality and keep going to be better.

*make sure you have WhatsApp* I'm just going to focus on one thing, the shuttle service. It's *FREE* (essential as I don't speak Indonesian) and easy to organize if you have WhatsApp. Make sure you download WhatsApp before arriving or when you arrive (if your country bans it). Then use that to communicate directly with the drivers using the airport WiFi. This really helped me, as previously I used a regular airport taxi and paid tourist prices. As for the hotel, you can walk a few minutes to a mini international mall with Starbucks, higher end eateries and Swiss-Hotel

This is our second time staying here. Without any doubt we made this hotel our choice to stay for the second time. The hotel itself is great. Clean and fresh. Surrounding is quiet and safe. Just less than 15minutes away from the airport. Plus I he hotel provides free shuttles to the airport. Rooms are clean, simple and functional. We had a good rest for the night before heading to the airport early in the morning for our next flight. Food at the hotel bar is sufficient enough for a simple meal but delicious enough to satisfy the taste buds. Staffs are well trained and professional. Ease our worries about getting about and airport. Well done.
