The hotel was lovely and the views were amazing. Our room however was quite dated and did not have the wow factor like the rest of the hotel grounds. The cups in the room were tiny so we had to ask the restaurant for some mugs to have a tea in our room. The kettle was very temperamental. The breakfast was poor. So poor that my husband didn’t have anything! The bread toaster was an accident waiting to happen! The handles get very hot so you cannot get your toast out. Some bamboo tongs would be useful for this. Also I had to wait so long for an egg that the rest of my breakfast was cold so I couldn’t eat it. I think you need a dedicated person on eggs ready and waiting at the counter. Not a good selection if you have a dairy intolerance and no oat milk for a tea. Also we would have paid extra for fresh orange juice. It tastes so much better than the concentrate from the machine. Such a shame

Excellent place to stay when visiting the pueblo. Comfortable rooms ours had a wonderful sea view. Breakfast very good and plentiful. The on site Escorpio restaurant has a wonderful terrace area overlooking Belamadena we tried the chef’s tasting menu very good and reasonably priced. The main square is very close and gets very busy the tapas bars are great and again very reasonably priced.

The Vithas hospital booked me in this hotel due to my daughter being ill I found the hotel lovely from my very late night arrival till I left 9 days later the staff were very helpful & supportive A lovely hotel to stay in and I look forward to being able to come back and stay here again

we booked an overnight stay at the last minute at 10pm on the same day as we were supposed to use the room at 11pm and we got the best service, when we arrived. this made us choose to book one more night the next day

we booked two rooms side by side. one room was infested with bedbugs and the associated foul smell. we were not relocated to a clean room.

Stayed for three nights and I have to say everything was perfect the room the breakfast the staff from start to finish we had a wonderful time we will be booking soon to go back but next time we will stay longer a big thank you to everyone
