I like the hotel with lots of activities to do but the problem is that the toilets are dirty

What a fantastic hotel, clean and spacious, rooms immaculate, pillows wonderful plus cleaned daily, lovely pool area and quiet, it did help Al Nassr football team were there all week whilst we were there, I spotted Ronaldo once!! Cocktails amazing, the restaurant was very nice, food lovely, they even do special orders, we had seafood paella which was very good We had an excellent holiday, we look forward to returning one day soon

Just got back a trip here with friends, the hotel is great. The golf was massively disappointing however. Terrible practice facilities, very mixed staff, some are very helpful, some are extremely unhelpful. The course on the surface looks good, however once you look a little closer it was in really poor condition. The fairways were like playing off straw. So dry, the only reason they are green was because they had sprayed them green?! Really disappointing experience unfortunately.

We stayed here for a week with my family. The hotel is nice but the bathrooms need an upgrade. They are very old and traditional. The hotel was quiet as the Al Nasir football team was also staying there and took up a lot of the hotel, which was nice for us. When they left (which was 1 day before we left), it got much busier and made a difference. The breakfast is ok but not great. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool area was nice but you have to go to the bar to order food and drinks. There is a free a shuttle bus, which takes you to and from Puerto Banus and Marbella old town, which was great. We used it daily to get around. Would recommend the hotel.

Sadly this hotel is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Despite being tucked away in the hills outside of Marbella this hotel is non stop noise at all hours of the night. Room 102 is unbearable and despite complaining 3 nights in a row nothing has been done to sort it. The staff are absolutely brilliant and kind and try to help but nothing can change the fact that people are awake the whole night being loud in the corridors, loud in the bars and in rooms. Sadly we will not return and would like to check out early. Aside from the complete disruption to sleep at every hour of the night, everything else is perfect, location, facilities, cleanliness.

We came back after few years and very surprised. Of course, they are very friendly and the location is also beautiful and nice. But doesn't give you the 5 star feeling. No turn down service, very greedy with bathroom amenities. We got a tiny body lotion for three of us after 2 days. The garden around the pool is very dirty and not maintained. We arrived at the pool, waiting and waiting…. No one there to give us the towels. Had to collect them ourselves and make our own sunbeds. Also didn’t see lifeguard around. Eventhough many kids in the pool and the pool is not that shallow. Also no o e coming and asking if want a drink. The whole place seemed like running on its own. Over all. Is a peaceful and nice place. But if you are looking for a 5 star standards. You wont receive it.

Hotel is Ok but the restaurant is quite bad. Not able to deliver what we ordered, mixing the orders and at the end the food was quite poor. The quality of the service was worse than poor. The place was not fully occupied but still long waiting time and chaotic service.

I have recently stayed at the La Quinta as part of a Golf Package with “Golf Travel People”. The hotel was excellent and the staff were nothing but helpful from start to finish. The golf was also excellent we played all 3 loops, A,B,C. The lady who worked in the golf shop was an absolute gem in helping us re-schedule our tee times at la Quinta and another course due to a misunderstanding with our booking which we are extremely appreciative of. Overall the hotels provides good service, is clean through out and the food is good. The only down side for me was the bathrooms in our hotels rooms were a-bit dated.

Great hotel. amazing staff and a very comfortable stay. The GM and his entire team is great and made us feel very special and comfortable. We had a junior suite with a view of the golf course and. It was amazing. The food was good, nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable.
