Room was reserved for 4 days. Was only able to use for 2 days because the elevator was broken and the elderly couldn't climb 10 set of stairs. Really disappointed. My trio was booked via a third party that trip advisor failed to informed me about and was non refundable or modifiable. So I couldn't get any sort of refund. Do NOT USE the website without reading all the fine prints..

This hotel is in poor shape. There were random people hanging in the lobby charging their cell phones. The room had globs of hair on the bed. I left the hotel without even getting a refund it was that bad.

The elevators were horrible. They've been like that for months. Theres no sign around the elevator that says theyre doing any kind of renovation. At least put some basic covering on the walls or paint the walls. They just look very bad enough to get the hotel 1-2 stars.

The parking lot had a great number of large or oversized trucks and buses parked in the back, the side lot appeared to be for the adjacent restaurant, and the front lot was filled.
A young person with a backpack on kept wondering around the back parking lot and eventually walked behind the large trash dumpsters.
In the morning, I learned that the water in the shower/tub would only go full HOT, no matter which way I turned the knob or how long I let it run. The sink had cold water. I had to bath using a washcloth and the sink.
The front desk attendant did not seem to concerned when I explained the issues.

Overall, the stay was good. There were only a certain amount of towels in the bathroom. The hotel room could’ve used more towels.

I checked in at 12am and it was still hot outside, but the room was hotter and the wall air conditioner ran all night and never cooled the room. But, no worries they had no hot water either so the cold shower cooled you off. The bed was okay. The room needed renovation 10 years ago.

The smell in the hotel was an over powering scent to mask bad aromas I presume. The area is a little rough and a lot of people hanging around outside and it seems some people are living in the hotel since school buses pick up and drop off kids.
Very noisy with thin walls and overall a bit run down. Breakfast was not served in the normal breakfast area, but a small room a very little offering and not well stocked and rather pleasant to even eat anything.

It was very good. From the comfortable bed to the breakfast. The only concern we had that need to be fixed was the toilet. It didn't flush all the way. It was already late that's why i decided not to inform the front desk. He might transfer us to another room, and that'll be hassle. So we just went down to the lobby to use the toilet there.
