Stayed here for one night in early March. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was kept clean and neat. There is parking available for an extra fee, but the parking was so convenient and connected to the lobby. The pool and gym were also kept nicely but we didn’t use either of them much. Our room was clean and had a kitchenette inside which we weren’t expecting. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in BH, the price is so worth it!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel was just ok in terms of business hotel standards. While they were very communicative via email prior to my arrival (arranging an airport taxi pick up), they did not respond to my emails after check out regarding my sunglasses that went missing at the hotel. It is strange that after repeatedly asking them via email if they had been found, they chose not to reply to any of those emails. Why not just reply to say they have not been found?? I know that they were left in my room as I did not wear them during my stay in the city. These were expensive prescription sunglasses, so a response would be appreciated.

Old, dirty and run down accommodation! I will never ever again book a room in here in the future! I would not even stay complimentary. The staff was friendly, although English skills were poor and I don’t speak Portuguese. As I entered the room I could see all the dirt on the floor and especially in the corners and next to the walls. The bathroom was outdated and the glass doors were also not cleaned properly, as you could see lime residues all over. As I just arrived from Overseas I decided to have a nap though. I immediately saw all the red and/or brown stains on the duvet, because there was no sheet underneath, but just on top. I think there were not so many hotel experiences in my life, which were so disgusting like this. First I thought, that I will complain at the reception, but then it came to my mind, that the staff would not understand what I mean due to the language barrier. I threw the duvet out of the bed and covered myself with towels, which were not as dirty as the duvet. Actually I should have left the hotel immediately, which I did so only twice before in my life, but I had this one night only in Brasil and I was terrible tired. After a short rest I had a shower, but there was no shower gel in the bathroom, shampoo-and conditioner dispenser were empty. The toilet flush didn’t work properly either, for only a piece of toilet paper you had to flush many times to disappear. Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays and I don’t want to undergo anything like that again!

Great location with easy access to the city’s main touristic attractions. Room is enourmous and everything was working well. Swimming pool was a nice treat after a long day. Private parking was easy and convenient. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Ótimo lugar pra se hospedar, fiz minha reserva de presente pro dia das mães adiantado, e supriu minhas expectativas, Tereza foi super atenciosa ao me responder e fizeram um mimo no quarto pra minha mãe, fiquei extremamente grata por isso, ela amou. Fora os recepcionistas que foram super atenciosos Allana e Marcelo e também Marcos da manutenção, que me ajudaram bastante em questão de tudo. Com toda certeza irei indicar pra mais pessoas, lugar calmo e aconchegante limpeza excelente! Área de lazer maravilhosa, estão de parabéns.

Esse hotel não se parece em nada com a categoria do mercure. No dia 1 o apartamento 605 estava com a privada de quebrada , fazendo muito barulho. No dia 2 fomos trocados para o 905, neste o frigobar não funcionava. Os problemas de limpeza e manutenção do quarto foram diários, chegamos a solicitar o serviço pessoalmente na recepção , como não tinha mais funcionários da manutenção o próprio recepcionista foi ajudar com o lixo acumulado de dois dias e a cama suja. A única salvação dessas diárias foi o atendimento excelente do pessoal no restaurante , em destaque para Manu, sempre atenciosa e solicita. Em geral o hotel precisa urgente de reparos e reforma, o desgaste é nítido em todas as partes. Na piscina , precária, não há sequer uma toalha ou água disponível. Parece mais um condomínio abandonado. Já fui a ibis muito mais bem cuidados e confortáveis.
