Struttura con bella piscina, ben ubicata tra spiaggia 20m e centro 100m. Stanza x 2 da 3mq compreso letto matrimoniale più bagno con doccia e terrazzino. Unica pecca i materassi! Per chi non ha grosse pretese può andar bene.

Das Hotel ist ganz okay , es ist nicht neu und hat ältere Feder Matratzen . Es Ist einfach gehalten ein Bett ein Schrank und ein kleines bad, jedes Zimmer hat auch ein Balkon .Zum Strand läuft man paar Sekunden.
jeden Abend gibt es Animation für die Kinder leider nur auf Italienisch. Der Hotel Chef ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Sorriso per una settimana, quattro adulti e due bambini. La posizione è ideale, proprio vicino al mare. Il personale è sempre cordiale e disponibile. Al personale dó 5 stelle piene. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, e i bambini hanno apprezzato molto la grande piscina a loro disposizione. Tuttavia, importante, il cibo potrebbe essere migliorato: per essere cucina romagnola, c'è spazio per qualche miglioramento. In conclusione, tornerei sicuramente all'Hotel Sorriso. È un posto molto comodo, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini, grazie alla sua posizione strategica e ai servizi offerti.

Struttura fatiscente, crepe sulle pareti e pulizia completamente assente. Il primo giorno lamento un materasso completamente sfondato, con molle fuoriuscite, ma il proprietario sostiene che è un materasso ignifugo ed è normale sentire le molle. Spiegazione senza senso e quindi materasso cambiato dopo diverse lamentele. Lenzuola con aloni gialli ed una volta fatto notare, sostituite con altre lenzuola sporche. Muffa ovunque e porta del bagno tenuta insieme con lo scotch, caduta in quanto la base inferiore si è staccata perchè completamente marcia (come da foto)...ma il proprietario ha avuto il coraggio di dire che si è staccata a causa della mia incuria. Personale che non fa nulla per soddisfare il cliente, anzi inventa scuse per nascondere gli evidenti problemi della struttura. Esperienza terribile.

Soggiornato con moglie e figlia di 5 anni per 12 giorni. Posizione ottima, qualcosa da sistemare in albergo ma per il prezzo pagato siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Personale gentile, la bimba felicissima della baby dance serale. Grazie hotel sorriso, a presto 😉

L'hotel si trova sicuramente in una buona posizione, fronte mare e a due passi dal centro di Bellaria, ma le camere non le considererei da tre stelle. Un piccolo appunto anche per le pulizie che andrebbero sicuramente più curate. Piscina fantastica,molto molto bella,riservata,ben tenuta. Parcheggio fronte hotel comodo,a disposizione per tutti i clienti. Buona la cucina e ottima la possibilità di poter scegliere tra carne e pesce ogni giorno. Le punte di diamante sono sicuramente il signore e la ragazza alla reception,super disponibili e gentili,vi ringrazio per le chiacchierate davanti all'ottimo caffè.

Siamo stati molto bene, personale cordiale, in particolare il titolare, la ragazza della reception e Camilla del ristorante. cibo buono sempre scelta di carne e pesce e d ottimo buffet di verdure.posizione favolosa sia per il centro che per la spiaggia. Piscina molto carina. Struttura un po' da rimodernare ma, abbiamo passato una deliziosa settimana.

Hotel molto carino a conduzione familiare. La camera è pulita, fresca e funzionale, la posizione permette di dormire con la finestra aperta. Il cibo è davvero ottimo, con un menu molto vario. Il personale è molto gentile e competente. Ottima anche la posizione in quanto posto a pochi metri dal mare e dal centro cittadino. Il parcheggio è posto di fronte alla struttura. Lo consiglio

È il classico albergo della Romagna. Non c'è il box doccia. Vicinissimo al mare vicino al centro parcheggio davanti all albergo. La piscina è molto grande con acqua riscaldata. Sempre possibilità di scegliere pesce a pranzo e cena. A colazione c'è di tutto e di più. Rapporto qualità prezzo è impagabile. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile.
