We didn't find this place particularly friendly: staff were surly and non-communicative, didn't speak English (though were constantly shouting at each other all day in Serbian). They couldn't find our booking when we arrived and repeatedly came banging on our door demanding payment even though we showed them the receipt stating we'd already paid in full via **********. Room was small and dingy, bathroom smelt terrible, though A/C worked well. We left without staying for all nights we booked and paid for: much better, cleaner, quieter and friendlier places within 2-3 minutes walk along the river. Overall our worst experience in Belgrade.
