Awesome Boutique Property & complete value for money . Wonderful location in the main market area of kirloskar Road. BELGAUM , Karnataka . The hotel was previously a theatre hence they have placed some of the theatre equipments in the lobby which I have shared in my Pics as well . Some of the lovely features which I really loved in this property are 1) Their beautiful spacious Rooms & classy Lobby featuring the Innovative seating couch placed on the wooden fixtures. It looked really different & a cool stuff . 2) Centralised location 3) Reasonable Rates 4) Front office nicely managed by Amit Rao 5) Sparkling clean & Upstandard Rooms Concerns ;-- Parking is very very limited to the extent of only 2 vehicles ( Car ) ,so book in advance & check with them Food is not available in the property as they don't have a kitchen but you have a restaurent down stairs in the name shetty Snacks which is very good . Keep up the great work Treebo Elite , Belgaum 🌈👏👏🙌

The staff of the Treebp Trend Elite Residence is very co-operative. The cleanliness of the rooms is done on regular / Daily basis. Since there is no proper restaurant in the breakfast it has limited source.

The hotel is good and clean. The hotel location is the plus point. All the staffs are cooperative and humble. Overall the hotel is excellent. I just felt that the owners of the hotel are arrogant and disrespectful. They don't know how to service the guests. Otherwise a great experience indeed!

The room and washroom was clean and well maintained. Mattress was really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and quality of food was good. Hospitality was great. Staff were warm, polite and helpful. A big thank you to Mr. Kapil Shrimali who helped me with my booking and ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

I had a meeting and I required complete rest I came with my mom n it was pleasant stay.I needed silence around inspite of having many rooms too it was a very peaceful arena. The breakfast was too good. And right from coming till we checked out the staff were polite and helpful. Thank you, ❤

We stayed 1 night nice& clean room, good location ,cooperative staff, having 4 wheeler parking. Breakfast included . rates are reasonable 4 star rating only outer look of hotel should be changed from road side.
